    Persistent Systems removed more than 2,000 employees, forcing us to resign from the company immediately without any prior notice or warning. They are also not paying the full amount for the notice period. Many employees are going through this. Please make a video on this, sir.

      Govt can regulate things like ageism in corporate and all, severance pay etc.

    Currently, I have been jobless for a few months due to several reasons. First, I am not getting calls for interviews. Second, when I do get interviews and make it through a couple of rounds, I am not selected even after completing the tasks. Third, some companies require me to sign a bond for 2-5 years. I am also frustrated with mid-cap companies because, whenever they experience losses, they either ask us to resign due to downsizing or fire us without notice.

    Pre covid most of the companies followed below salary structure now things are going back to pre covid era.
    Fresher - 3 lac
    0-2 Yr- 5-7 lac
    2-3 7-10 lac
    3-5 10-15 lac
    5-7 15-20 lac
    These were the salaries we used to get after switch if we stayed in same company it would be much lower

    My friend working in TCS in Bangalore with CS background , he is workingnin verification dept. , I asked him don't you code ? He said only 20 to 30 % coders will be in the company remaining will handle other dept. And funny thing even he is from CS background he don't know how to code( he is telling that they will start Java training soon for him ) , he worked 2 years now he is getting Java training

      give freelancing a try. Decide on a skill you can do well from home, maybe learn a bit and enroll in a freelancing course like f101 by saheli. They dont teach you the skill, they teach you how to promote yourself and how to approach clients, and set contracts and make money.

    Untill one should have sufficient experience don't teach. Encourage to build skills, Encourage to increase efficiency. Indian IT industry is seriously lacking skilled resource. Focus on those and guide. CTS, TCS, Infosys..are temporary but parmenent is knowledge and skill.
