Companies that doesn't rehire are like those living in 1970's where you don't divorce your partner even if the relationship is toxic. TCS needs to grow up and embrace the new millennium. Sometimes relationship doesn't work a d people have to move on.
@@sr-xd8jb There are numerous instances where relations take a break and then come back to life...sibling, kids spouses...life is full of such cases where things don't work...they break and then paths cross again.
@@sr-xd8jb Ps. There is a difference between a spouse and a company...one project may be bad but in future another project may be good...and there are numerous examples of people returning from rehab, property disputes reconciling and moving on.

PF wala aap galat bole.. epf wala site se hi ho jata hai online. Trust and non trust ka just difference hai transfer kaun initiate krega. Let say TCS [trust] and Accenture (non trust) agar app tcs se Accenture main move hue to PF transfer TCS initiate krega because wo trust hai. And if Accenture to TCS because Accenture trust nehi hai to transfer TCS raise kr sakta hai.
Kya me sellary le kar job chod sakta hu

IT walo ko starting mein jyada paisa milta hai, baad mein kam. jbki mech field mein starting mein kam paisa hota hai, experience ke saath paisa jyada jaldi badhta hai.. paisa ka mat socho.. sirf interest dekho.. dono mein future hai, time ke saath IT mein hard work jyada krna padhta hai, mechanical field mein kam

I have one question. If any btech fresher 1.8year exp is working in any techno functional role in tcs. How will be the future for him ? Should he move to pure code based projects ? Or techno fictional job roles will be a bright future for him ?
techno functional is future.. because same person is doing two responsibilities.. technical and functional
If you work in pure technical roles you can always find jobs in product based companies or abroad which will have a much better salary.

Most of the companies will only give the salary for the first month of the notice period, for the last 2 months, it will be given in F&F
