I am currently on support project where there is no technology or codes are used. It is only troubleshooting computers, deploying applications and monthly patches from SCCM, AD etc. And solving software or computer issues. It is clearly like just one step ahead of service desk. What would you recommend, should I consider other options? Are there scopes for this kind of support? It has almost been 3 years for me into this project. Please guide me 🙏

Being mechanical , I have interest in IT, but tcs gave me EIS/IOT stream, which works on mechanical projects. But since covid, only IT jobs have flourished, how to switch back to IT or should I remain in EIS? PLEASE CLEAR.
Stay there. Do not go back to IT. Why I tell you this is because IOT + Ai is really important and has a lot of scope. You can do online courses and learn more about the technology your project is based on. Learn from industry reports and how to develop this. Computer Vision + OCR is really in demand right now. Develop skills handed out to you.

Even I make CZcams videos related to IT companies but I don't mention any company's name as I think using company's name will be against CZcams's rules. Please suggest will I get copy right strike or anything if I use company's name in on my thumbnail or video.
Till now I have made 49 videos and have not received any copyright strike.. I have seen people using logos of MNCs too

Sir today we gave our TCS ninja to digital test from home and almost everyone was facing issue while compiling as their compiler was not working properly and was slow. We have written a mail regarding this problem. Can you suggest us what can we do now?

@@ManoharBatra No nothing as such....All the associates from 3 months - 3 years exp can attempt this exam. Mostly will get mails for registration on the same. Now its a part of process in TCS. Its going to be organised in every 6 months.
A new private Knome community is created every cycle and those who are eligible to take this exam will get subscribed automatically to get timely updates.
