You are absolutely correct.
Instead of that you can say people are incapable of understanding good things for them. People here like to oppose n question everything n won't be satisfied with anything the govt does if they don't like the government that's the reality 🤦
Finally my nation arises out of the cobwebs of a colonial mindset ! I would’ve given a go ahead just on the basis of throwing off the shackles of British raj - but the renovations make so much more economic sense as well . In fact why the previous governments waited 75 years for this - one should deeply question . Where did the tax payers funds go all these decades? What did congress do with all our money ? Misuse of taxpayers funds on Bofors and many other scandals? Why didn’t these “objecting Indian voices “ stand up and question them?
These cong led coalition governments have been so busy power grabbing and dividing the Indian people for vote bank Politics - that NOBODY thought of the nation . History will look at these buildings designed by Indians, constructed by Indians , created for Indians and India’s new ascendancy.

Traditional Indian architecture should be reintroduced. India has so many artisans and craftsmen who are skilled at hand tools and creating traditional designs, they will get employed and it would be of great help to these artisans/craftsmen and laborers who live below the poverty line unlike in the developed countries where hand using labor gets paid the highest.
🤣🤣🤣 stfu
You want traditional architecture 🤣🤣, why??, Why not modern architectural design, modern architecture is much better than the traditional one??
@@visualphysics6792 i think you are confusing modern architecture with modern building techniques, you can have any desired style of architecture be sturdy and well made if good construction practices and techniques are implemented. So a traditional look can still be achieved while keeping the longevity of the structures intact. I think it is great idea to incorporate Indian architecture.
well as much as I would love to see that, the librandus will label it as hindu fascism or hindu brutalist architecture which is a direct inspiration from nazi brutalist architecture
But then people will start arguing that they have tried to glorify Hinduism through this architecture, the reason I am saying this is because India's indigenous genius in architecture can be seen at Meenakshi temple, Vithhala temple, Hampi, Sun temple ( they are Hindu temples) & if they are going to make it like Red Fort or Taj Mahal , it will still give a sense of Persian & Arabic elements or let's say Indo- Islamic architecture.
I don't want fusion, i want Purely ancient Indian Architecture like Takshshila University, Hawa Mahal, Ellora Caves temples... like that
Few details & correction, if I may. One of the main reason for central vista is Security, reduce spending & traffic.
1. Many of the govt offices run from rented buildings which are spread out all throughout the capital city. Central vista will consolidate those offices in one area, thereby reducing the spending & ease the traffic flow.
2. Contrary to few comments, all relevant details (barring the ones relating to security, of course) of the project, including the estimated cost & schedule has been made public. An effort has to be made by the reader to obtain the details from the govt website.
3. Most importantly, Central Vista project is gaining popularity as more details have being made public. It's mainly the INC (the congress party) and its few allies who are not happy, which was expected. Infact the INC had approached the courts in an effort to stop the construction but the court did not agree with INC and gave unanimous consent for the continuation of the project.
how brainless the opposition could be? they are acting as if current ministers will live in those buildings their entire lifetime.

Nope

This video is by far the most astonishing and comprehensive Centra vista project i have seen . Good work to the team NEO .
This project is not controversial. The opposition creates drama out of everything but normal people don't think it's controversial at all.
'normal people' should really ask Modi to explain how petrol is now 110 rs per litre and getting costlier every passing day while he's busy spending money lavishly on a project that could've waited a several more years.
@@sheikhmohsin57 That tax revenue is being spent on infrastructure, if previous governments did that, India would've been a manufacturing powerhouse today but you were happily voting Congress even after their scams and disastrous socialist policies just because of Muslim appeasement. How are you ok with him spending 2.7 bn dollars of taxpayer's money on a project that doesn't help the general public in any way and doesn't create any jobs and would be better spent on upgrading medical infrastructure, if nothing else, in the midst of a raging pandemic when people were dying left, right and center? But sure, blame the Muslims for everything that's wrong with your country. Finding a scapegoat is certainly easier than looking inwards. I love that they've planned to plant trees in the area
There is a law in India, I think, where any infrastructure development work that leads to x number of trees being cut down would require y number of trees to be planted or something. Not sure if that y=x or 2x or 3x or what.
@@death_parade if then that's a great law 😃
@@death_parade we need that in my area. so many trees being cut down
Delhi is probably the greenest capital in the world. There are trees planted everywhere and that too in good numbers. The pollution problem is not entirely Delhi's fault as pollution from other states comes to delhi and gets Blocked in winter seasons as there is no wind or rain to remove the pollutants.
@@Neil6393 Yeah, I've heard that. Wind patterns around Delhi lead to that unfortunate situation. And the high amounts of construction in Delhi and NCR adds to the SPM levels. As does vehicular pollution and pollution from coal plants around the NCR. And then in comes the entire pollution from farmers in Punjab, Haryana and UP burning stubble in their farms. I know a guy who works at the Agricultural Department in Haryana. They've been trying really hard to wean the farmers off this practice, with varying levels of success. Even Agricultural Research Institute recently created some kind of concoction that when sprayed on farms can breakdown the stubble and turn it into fertilizer. But it will be a while before such research makes it to the farmers and the farmers adopt it.

*And also the government doesn’t own some buildings resulting in high rents and additional security expenses.government would save a lot on moving to the new parliament .one of the reasons why the congress opposes this project is cause most of the building which are rented to the government are owned by congress leaders*
True !!..
Maybe also coz most of it is useless and waste of money and Do you have proof of your claim
Bro are u law student? Because This case had been discussed in our classes about rent part occupied by congress .
Yeah because it's so hard to rent out buildings in prime properties in the heart of the capital of India lmao!
If you have any idea about how India and especially Delhi NCR functions, it should be obvious even to a fool that there will be billionaires falling over each other to occupy those properties once the govt vacates those lands. They'll be willing to pay higher moolah in hard cash than any raggedy sarkaari daftar ever can or will. Being as close as possible to the central seat of power is how the game is played.
What amuses me more is that people like you even believe that the Congress of 2021 commands any kind of financial muscle compared to the BJP. They can't even pay a single media house enough to run one positive news story about them whereas the BJP can spend hundreds of crores of electoral bond cash to put Modi's face on every god damn square inch of public space in India. The Congress party has been dead for a long time. You guys are just kicking its corpse around for fun while the BJP happily screws all of us over.

Yeah, we should have a better representative to population ratio, maybe like the uk? They have more mp(s) than us even with a much smaller population.
@@AmanKumarPadhy yes that's true we need way more representatives. Right now india has one of the lowest MPs with respect to population in a major country.
That just means states that have performed miserably on population policy like UP, Bihar, etc will get more seats and states that did a good job like Kerala will suffer and have even less representation.
@@rustomkanishka that's true but even if that's the case we have a very few representatives. And this problem is there is every goverment sector that is not enough people are hired.
