Bro, mujhe 1.5yr ho gye hen company me switch karna chahta hun work environment bahut toxic he or uska asar health mein bhi pad rha he. Vo keh rhe hen notice period serve karna padega 3 month ka nhi to koi certificate nhi milega. Pr me nhi karna chahta. Is situation mein kya karna chahiye mujhe. plz batayen. Koi bata hi nhi rha he 🙏

I’m still stick to my first company for 7.5 year. Only thing which I always focus to upgrade my skills and enhance my knowledge in technology. Rest all will follow you. Even managers and seniors will listen to you and respect you. Just believe in yourself and be polite. 🤘
