      Dont worry about Salary becuase your wealth will not be built on how much salary you have. But based on how you achieve financial freedom. For that you need to learn discipline.

    Now a days companies are looking for people who are strong technically. As industry matures the scope of project managers reduces . A project manager without technical knowledge is same as a general who cannot fight

    A technical architect will always have more opportunities than a project manager if you are good at that field. If you want to be in the technical side than you have to think through the next 10 years and plan accordingly.
    P.S. nice explanation😊

    • @MusingsbyAmit

      Yes, we need more technical resources to build something than people to manage teams. So technical requirements are always higher.

      Your idea is good. But start learning what does it take to build a business. Sometimes it is better to start a business when you don't have money. Unless your family is dependent on you for their survival. It is easier that way.

    Hi sir, I am a web designer and have 8 years of experience. I want to learn new technologies so I'm confused between Salesforce or react js. Or please suggest other technology

    • @MusingsbyAmit
      @MusingsbyAmit  Před 9 měsíci

      Salesforce is a CRM platform. React JS is a Front End Technology. Both have totally different uses. And you can also use React JS with Salesforce. Choose the one which you already know and understand. Pick something that is easy for you.

    • @MusingsbyAmit
      @MusingsbyAmit  Před 2 lety

      Your experience in Nationalised Bank may not be useful for IT company. So you will be starting at fresher level. It all depends on which area you focus in IT Industry. If you join any company that are into banking software then your experience may be of use. But companies will start you as fresher. Also you may have to do some courses to get you started in IT Industry.
