Helpful Video,learned many things and got an idea about onsite but I have several Questions :
1. What is the average time you need to spend on Onsite if a company gives you an opportunity?
2. What is the salary structure, does client pays extra money ?
3. How the money saved in US can be transferred in INR and what are the taxes need to be paid on that?
4. What are the cons of working onsite? - Food, Rent, Fuel/Transport, Health, Leaves etc.
5. What are some best locations in USA in terms of Taxation, Savings, living etc.
6. I heard that online shopping is pretty bad in terms of delivery & pickups in US, any thoughts?

Heard that people switch at onsite after going from India. Does Indian company charges any penalty for resigning and joining onsite company.
No penalty as such. you can't join client company on their payroll - this is the clause I have heard so far
Yes, this clause we follow in India too,we cannot work for the same client/Account if changing company for I guess next 6 months.But if one's company for e.g say Tcs has invested some amount for visa etc and you go at onsite and change company then I think there might be some monetary penalty. It's like i am going at company cost and leaving that company.
Great video. Thanks Manohar but you should highlight that in current market, people do earn more than onsite if they join right companies in India, especially for senior roles. For freshers or upto 5-6 years you earn much more at onsite but at his level of 15 year experience, people do earn very high in India.
On-site salary cannot be compared with offshore. Whatever number of experience person have..
@@AliasgarBadri but people do get 40 lacs package in India these days, also they get regular increments unlike developed world where its pretty much constant.
