Thanks for checking out my videos, Roshan! I actually plan to do a video on this topic at some point in the future where I’ll break it all down. First, I’m 6’2. As far as being bald, I started thinning early at like 20. It was tough in those early days, until I finally accepted it, and chose to focus on what I could control.. my swagger, lifting weights, being clean, dressing well etc. It actually hasn’t affected me one bit with dating (once I became confident in myself). It only affected me early on when I was insecure about it. But you have to realize that ALL men are insecure about something… might not be hair, but it’s something. We all have to overcome some type of insecurity to reach our full potential. Just gotta say “fuck it”. Hope that helps my brother!

I found myself getting so caught up and jealous over a girl that wasn’t even mine and me and her ended up having a bit of a spat over it, long story! I saw her today for the first time in months and I didn’t even really care. I’d done so much work that I was calm, collected and had no fear about what to say, do or anything, I was just my new and improved authentic self

I’ve realised how important it is to continue my self improvement journey bro! I meet a lot of women that are doing quite well for themselves, when it gets real I start thinking about the fact I live in a room at a friend’s, how I’m not driving, I’m overweight etc. I’m not earning enough to support her or even myself at times. I hope that feeling goes away after the work I’ve put in. I may have intimacy anorexia as I’ve already been married before with all these insecurities and no work and in the end got divorced, that was down to me being unfaithful to be honest but hey ho. The journey continues… look forward to more content my bro, keep up the good work
