So I feel like I let her down because she didn’t feel loved enough
So after two years her affair partner got married and she got nasty with me and abisive and I had enough and she moved out with our daughter
Info to gym 5 days a week work 10-12 hours but I don’t want to go look for a new woman I want my wife and my family

Scarcity mindset is whack. I believe such issues stem from things such as trauma and chaos. I personally had to do more than just go to the gym. I sought counseling because all I knew is that I was struggling. I had ambition before I got married, but my dreams got killed. But, when it ended, my dreams came back to life. New behavior is indeed abnormal, but it becomes normal when new healthy behavior is normal when the unhealthy behavior is discarded. Chaos is a killer as well. Gotta get away from chaos to improve also.
