Learn how to LOVE yourselves!!!! That is the biggest thing in us men. We don’t love ourselves. We have to stop relying on loving someone else to love us. Keep that in mind. Stop loving another individual to feel completed or to feel as if you need to love someone for you to feel great about yourself. Here’s another few tips I’ve done to move forward. That’s if you want these tips. 1. I joined a Christian church and became a big part of the mens group. 2. Working out. Hit the gym! Join a boxing gym, martial arts, etc. 3. Journaling, writing your thoughts done, typing them on your notes, do what you need to get those thoughts out of your head. 4. Enjoying nature. Go on a hike, walk a trail, hit the beach. Do something productive OUTSIDE. 5. Let your emotions out. Don’t be afraid to cry it out, to feel those feelings, don’t hold it in. 6.Biggest one out of all. Cliche to say. Time will heal, time will fix, time will work! Those are the tips and tricks I have been doing to make myself feel better and to become better gents. We need to hold ourselves to the top and to know our worth! We got this. WE MUST KEEP THE BROTHERHOOD STRONG AND HELP EACH OTHER BECOME STRONGER. KEEP YOUR HEADS UP KINGS! STAY ON YOUR THRONE! Here’s another few things I’ve been doing myself to keep myself busy and to grow as an individual. But first thing first to all my brothers out there going through a rough break up. Gentlemen. Learn how to LOVE yourselves!!!! That is the biggest thing in us men. We don’t love ourselves. We have to stop relying on loving someone else to love us. Keep that in mind. Stop loving another individual to feel completed or to feel as if you need to love someone for you to feel great about yourself. Here’s another few tips I’ve done to move forward. That’s if you want these tips.
1. I joined a Christian church and became a big part of the mens group.
2. Working out. Hit the gym! Join a boxing gym, martial arts, etc.
3. Journaling, writing your thoughts done, typing them on your notes, do what you need to get those thoughts out of your head.
4. Enjoying nature. Go on a hike, walk a trail, hit the beach. Do something productive OUTSIDE.
5. Let your emotions out. Don’t be afraid to cry it out, to feel those feelings, don’t hold it in.
6.Biggest one out of all. Cliche to say. Time will heal, time will fix, time will work!
Those are the tips and tricks I have been doing to make myself feel better and to become better gents. We need to hold ourselves to the top and to know our worth! We got this.
