This is my first time doing a HIIT workout. I was intimidated by HIIT workouts because i was afraid my unfit body couldn't keep up with the intensity. This is my first HIIT workout i did and fortunately, i kept up and sweat continues dripping even after i did the session. Short but squeezed out my sweat! I will follow this workout video again in the future

There’s also no shame in not keeping up in the beginning. What makes you strong is the determination to keep trying. I cannot do these at all, but I just do what I can and over time it gets easier
My mom and I- we both started doing this workout...it's not only doable but also quite effective. it seemed quite easy to me but after starting it I started sweating like a p;ig

Keep coming back to this fun workout. Love the kickboxing-type moves and the creative moves in there, and that it's no repeats, low-impact, standing. Those workouts are hard to find. Please do another like this, but maybe with a third round!

This is a HIIT meaning I will burn the other kcal throughout the day! An excellent workout to make you sweat but not find it too difficult! ❤

I really enjoyed this! Lots of different moves you don’t typically see in low impact workouts. Nicely done. Great add on for me after my weight training. Very refreshing to get a good sweat session in without jumping up and down.
I just started working out about a week ago and each day look for a new standing cardio. This is by far my favorite (: the jumping was killing my back. I also appreciate that there is no talking 😅 I have adhd and the talking and working out t the same time is difficult for me. This is 👌 perfect
Just done the workout and it was got me more sweaty than I thought haha I’m 14 and have a workout routine I’m trying to do to lose some weight to feel better about my body ^^ I don’t do PE in school cuz of some mental health things and I think this is going to be quite helpful. Doing it 2 times a week with other exercises like I said :)

This was so much fun! Was looking for a new cardio workout that wouldn’t be too high an intensity as fighting off getting sick. Really enjoyed the different moves. So much that I did the whole thing through twice! Definitely adding to my normal routines

I’m always making suggestions from the bottom of my heart. I feel that if you change the clock to only rotating about six or seven seconds when the exercise is about to end it is much better than rotation for a complete 45 seconds it’s very distracting to the eye and I think the rotation as the exercise is about to end is very valuable and psychologically empowering.
