This is week 4 of doing these workouts (5 times a week) + staying in a calorie deficit 👏🏾 Proud to say I’m down 5 pounds 😆
First time I'm able to finish this workout without having to take any pauses, been doing it for a whole month. I feel very proud of myself. I'm 125kgs but I know soon I'll be able to reach my goals, and it's just a matter of time.
This was fantastic! Not every workout needs to be HIIT. This was a perfect low impact workout on my active rest day. Please bring more like these that bring the sweat, but save my knees!

I burned more calories doing this than any HIIT I have in the past! 434 cals! (i'm 5'5 and 180 pounds)
I am writing the day after doing this workout to see how my knees would react and am happy to report that they don't seem any worse for wear!. This is a great work out for people like me who can't do the high impact exercises anymore. Thank you and I hope you have more of these!

Just did this and was really good, such different moves relatively easy movements and I got a sweat on. I added weights to some movements and jumped some. This low impact suited my mood. Thanks nobadaddiction

This was great! I needed something not too intense that still kept my pulse up and this one fir the bill exactly. I have a hard time doing cardio bc I find it really boring, but this routine had a great flow and kept changing things up. Thanks!

direnç kilosunu kırmak ve 59 kiloyu görmeye çalışan biri olarak dün bunu yaptım ve kesinlikle aradığım şey buymuş. bu sabah uyandım ve her yerim ağrıyor 😂 antrenmanın hepsi ayakta ve bu çok hoşuma gitti, zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlamadım. buraya her gün yazacağım. başka egzersizler de yapıyorum ve bazen dinlenmek gerekir 😂 gardını al kızım 💪 türkiye'den selamlar, sizi seviyorum ❤

11 eylül: yapmadım çünkü kaslarımın ağrısından adım bile atamıyordum. eğilip kalkmak bile işkence gibiydi, markete bile gidemedim. sadece 10 dakika kol çalıştım 💪
12 eylül: hala kaslarım çok ağrıyor ama yaptım. kendimi çok fazla zorlamadım, o yüzden fazla terlemediğimi düşünüyorum. başlangıç kilosu veremiyorum çünkü bunu yaptıktan sonra kilom 1.5 kg arttı. en son 62.7ydim. bir gün bunu bir gün de başka egzersizler yaparak sürdürmeyi planlıyorum. eğer kaslarım yarın da böyle olmazsa yapadabilirim, duruma bağlı.
