    A real mood boost!!! I absolutely enjoyed the workout. It was such fun! And though I'm not a beginner, rather an advanced athlete, but I burnt more calories here than in workouts of the same timing but with many floor exercises. I'm saving this one, definitely 💕💕💕👍🤗👏

      Yes. Low impact means low stress on joints, not that it has a low effect.

    pretty good but its like you ran out of exercises there towards the end. Basically doing the same movement you had been doing for the rest period.
