Dude w a Van is a buddy of mine who is retired. He earned his life of travel, riding and gear from hard work. He rides 5/7 days per week. Mtb, Gravel, Road, etc. And has an undying love for Mountain Biking. It's ok to be envious

The numbers on FOX suspension forks represent the stanchion diameter of the fork. I personally love this naming scheme, very clean and no-nonsense.

My first real mtb ride was with bobcat bikes before the shop was opened. back in 1990 we rode west ridge, big slide Cabrillo. That’s what got me hooked and still hooked. In memory of my old friend, Bobcat.2020.

It's great to eee you guys in Santa Cruz. I lived there for twenty-five years. When I started riding upper campus there were only three trails down to Hwy 9. I'm embarrassed as I can only think of Dead Campers as one of the three? Anyone?

I did not want to write that in English because there are so many sensitive people here. So I decided to use Japanese and Korean characters and I hope I did it right. I only googled it and asked my friends to design a computer graphic, then sent it to Etsy for the stickers.

@@deepeey Strange that there are such sensitive people out there which get easily offended by a word like ファック. But either way Japanese characters/letters look cool.
I‘ve already redesigned my stickers of my SID (シッド) WorldCup on the drive side with Katakana and am thinking of doing the same with the frame‘s paint job on the same side. That would be „a bit“ pricier though.

The Fox fork numbers are the upper stantion diameter in mm
Fox fork model numbers are the diameter of the stanchions for the particular model.
Santa Cruz is a unique place. Love the outdoor culture there but even a small condo there is $$$.
The numbers on fox forks reference the stanchion diameter for that model.

This weeks question about Fox naming, refers to the diameter of the Stanchion. whether its 32mm, 34mm and so on.

It surprised me to find out that off-road (cross country) triathlon is a thing - the run section is also a trail run.
Fox 32/34 etc I believe is in reference to the Stantion diameter.

They are at Soquel Demosrtation Forest E-bikes are not legal to ride there. It is a misdemeanor when they sight you.
I fly by these type of riders due to their lack of skill but deep pockets. RIP to Eli, his dad looks to be a real rider too. No "bling", all personal.
That Knolly must be one of the ugliest bikes ever! Looks like someone beat up that frame in a bar at 3am.
