Super Helpful thank you so much!
You are most welcome. Some things have changed since I did this video, mainly the service options. Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
So you have to pay for the shipping label to? I bought my first submission and I am very confused.
Yes. Shipping to them, and also shipping charges are added the end of the submission process for whatever type of Service you desire. USPS or FEDEX, for the shipment back to you.
Does SGC provide a shipping label for the order or do you still have to pay with the courier?
You have to pay for your own label. I have an account with USPS and use their website for my labels. You can also order FREE boxes from USPS as well online as long as you use the correct service for said box... I.E. a Priority Box has to have Priority service on the label. Thanks for watching!
Can I use regular Toploaders to send the cards?
I do not know at this time. I havent subbed to them since last May. I am sure they may have to though, since card savers are so expensive or hard to find. SGC usually communicates back pretty quick, so an email to them couldn’t hurt to ask.
How do I use SGC’s fedex account when shipping? It’s nowhere on the order printout!
I really am not sure. My video is from 2020 so probably a lot has changed. Sorry! 🤷🏻♂️
@@masscollector4511 I sent my order in, we have to pay to have the product shipped to them. They shipping cost on the submission is only for the return trip.
@@diaservices3454 that is pretty much the same with all grading companies I think.
Do they take submissions outside of US?
Sorry, I do not know if they do or not. I would check their website for that information. Thanks for checking out the video!! 🙏🏻
@@masscollector4511 no worries, thanks for replying and the good video.
Thank you!! Good luck with submission you are able to get out there!
@@gerri12121 I should probably do a new SGC sub video at some point. It has been a long time since I subbed to them!
Hello i m from turkey how can i send?
I am not even sure. I would look up their website and check it out to see what they offer. I haven't sent any cards to them in over a year now, and I am in the USA. Thanks for watching though! Good Luck!
@@masscollector4511 thank youu
Why are you grading cards that are worth 2-3 dollars each?
I was hoping they would have came back a lot sooner to take advantage of the “Last Dance” hype. Those two to three dollar cards were selling for well over $100 each at the time in 10 grades.
Have you checked out these $2-$3 cards lately on Ebay?? 😂🤣
The card is $99 raw or graded?
I put down $99 as a graded value. Good thing as well, because the highest grade I got back was a 8.5.
Mass Collector So an 8.5 grade goes for $99?
DeadenEsteem at the time I submitted them they probably were, but when I sold one of them I got $67 only. There were not any comps to look up for value at that time so I was purely estimating what I thought It could be worth. PSA comps were showing good value at the time, but as you probably have seen, PSA value is much higher than the same grade in a SGC slab. I was going to send to PSA until they shut down for COVID. SGC was the only grading company open at the time, so I was using $99 as the first tier / cheapest submission rate per card. I.E. cards up to $99 value cost this much to be graded, cards up to $499 value cost this much to be graded, and so on. The higher the value of the card post grading, determined the service level and also cost to get them graded. SGC has since changed their pricing for submissions now since this video was made. If you look up PSA grading costs, that will give you a good idea of potential grading costs for your cards as you see fit. Most of that cost is for insurance purposes if a card were to be damaged at the grading company while in their possession.
