  • Allison has a lot of intrusive thoughts and worry. She sees that these can't be true because they are about the future, but that doesn't seem to help.

    Could it be that intrusive thoughts are some form of ptsd?
    I’ve listened to a couple brilliant Drs who make this argument.....
    Maybe recognizing where the thoughts actually stem from can heal????
    ..... according to them
