  • I wanted to share my interview with Saraì, who joined the program in May of 2022
    Saraì is so bubbly and has such a wonderful personality, but when she fell into the cycle everything changed. Sh had tried therapy for three years with no avail, but after joining the mentorship for 6 months, she's back to living with hardly any symptoms remaining.
    I hope this inspires you that recovery is possible and that this channel is one step in the right direction toward your healing.

    the scariest part of overthinking and placebo and anxiety is it can almost mimic and make you truly think you experiencing some other mental illness.

    Ever since I was younger I had a ocd fear of schizo and would have some anxiety symptoms but they’d only show up when I was really anxious or focused on them and that’s how I knew it was anxiety related

      To make her stronger. I’d say no one else worried for her because no one knew in reality what was happening. It happened
      To me too so I understood her to another extent. I always let her know that she is enough and she become better as days come. The only real answer is time. Yes time heals all. I was there along her

    I am beyond happy about all these successful recoveries!! I am currently dealing with this and although I can go out of my home and talk to people, I struggle a lot with fear of fainting since I feel dizzy/lightheaded all day every day. Is this a common anxiety symptom? I have gone to the doctor so many times and everything has been ruled out. I thought of a possible brain tumor but thankfully it wasn't that. Any advice on overcoming fainting?

    • @danlucas648

      Dizziness/feeling like I might faint, was the strongest of all the symptoms I had.

    • @elliottstough5088
      @elliottstough5088 Před rokem

      The question is have you ever actually fainted from the symptoms? If not just carry on without judging or trying to fix it and it will fade with time and practice unlearning the habits of overthinking it and dwelling on it. You will heal in time just have to be extremely patient. And don’t forget that the fainting lightheaded feelings are very common among sufferers of this bluff.Hope this helps and much love

    • @GuadalupeGomez-ms6uo
      @GuadalupeGomez-ms6uo Před 10 měsíci

      You won’t get rid of the dizziness until you start getting rid of the anxiety. The dizziness is caused by the severe anxiety. So you need to work on the anxiety not the dizziness / fainting sensation.

      I have found out that during a panic attack breathing doesn’t do much. It does help to not make it worse. But it doesn’t help to stop it. The other day I had a panic attack and starting doing squats lol , usually I try to stay still and relax , but it doesn’t stop it. But doing the squats let the adrenaline out somehow.
      I mean the answer is to begin a recovery journey .
