I'm here to help you overcome anxiety and wave your panic bye-bye.
Many years ago, I was plagued by anxiety.
I couldn't leave my house. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat. It felt like my whole body was falling apart.
Doctors couldn't really do anything to help me, and I was starting to get desperate.
I thought it was going to last forever.
Whatever strength I had left, I focused on one goal. Getting better.
Over the years, I've studied anxiety, panic attacks, depersonalization, and derealization to develop a method that helped me get rid of my symptoms for good.
I went on to share my method with others, and since then, it has helped thousands of others find freedom from anxiety.
So, if you feel like you're stuck in a bad place, not knowing where to go next, I'm here to tell you that it gets better.
You can get through this. And I hope that each video I share here gets you one step closer to your recovery.
You are not alone.

May God bless everyone of us .I don't know what im suffering from but remember God is great.Do not be afraid just believe with all your heart that you will be fine .

Best video 🙏
I got introduced to solipsism back in february this year and it ruined my life completly i can't see things the same anymore as i used to before i think everyone and everything is fake and it just makes me depressed
Anybody else have to take deep mouth breaths to fufill air hunger and then can’t complete a yawn??
This is such a great way to put it
I agree , I used religion to fight anxiety and it frustrated me. I learned the concepts of acceptance and no more anxiety. I’m still a spiritual person which is wonderful but I don’t use it to fight anxiety.
Hahaha “why aren’t we all just holding each other crying figuring out why we are here?” I remember hearing RSD Tyler saying that in a video and just dying laughing but also thinking “Fucckkkk”
So should I say bring it on? Or not?
Appreciate what you do!
I don't agree with you Shaan. The lemon technique is very good. Maybe it's more like a metaphor. Doing something that will bring you back to the present as he says and stop the symptoms. What I do is drinking water or splash water on my face. It's refreshing and it helps me. I'm quite sure it has already prevented some panic attack for me.
What if you dont have water at the moment 💀
Nobody on this channel is promoting a quick way to get relief , it’s about fully healing
@@Anushika-im8yy guess what, I always make sure to have it on me
@@callahansmith1411 but at the same time it's too idealistic because you need daily tips to "survive" if you deal with anxiety. And that's great. healing takes time and you have to go on with your life. I have my own tips and they work for me
Cutting a lemon with a butter knife, about as useful as the advice the lemon guy gives! 🍋
I’ve been having blurry vision with sparkles in my eyes allllll the time had 101 tests to rule out the big things
God bless this guy,I know his advice will save my life I needed this today, thank you so much🙏🙏🙏
I got the dp dr bro, obsessions, fear of buildings like high places I’m a Muslim pray for me boys.
Understanding that is the first part to over come but it is not easy some times
It was a great video
Great video!!
Coping mechanisms do actually more harm than good, they can delay true healing for years and they might make you believe that something very serious is wrong with you
Lol irritated shaan is funny
I finally overcome anxiety thank u shaan🙏🏽❤️
You should make more f this it's really educational and can dismiss the myths that flaying around
Planning on it!
I have started your book and I have decided to take back my life. I have let anxiety take everything from me and now I'm taking it all back and more.
How do you heal. Nervous system?
Thanks Shaan, this was a good reminder for me!
I love your videos and advice. You have helped me so much. I do feel like when I understand a symptom I have no fear or resistance to it and it dies quickly. But sometimes I want to refresh my mind on it and can’t figure out where I saw it… so then I google. My current hurdle is driving on the freeway with brain fog. I heard it’s harmless and that when you’re anxious your mind is actually sharper. Can’t remember where I heard it and when I google well google makes brain fog sound bad and same with DPR. I watched your anxiety came back video right at the time I had 2 kidney stones and took pain killers. I had massive DPR for days after and remembered you making a video about it after drugs and weed and I was calmer in allowing it… but I had other things happen too and not being able to explain it made it hard to accept it as anxiety like my vision would feel like I had a screen over my eyes for a few seconds or the whole world looked blue like the twilight movies filter and I couldn’t remember how anxiety causes that. I’m good with throwing things under the anxiety umbrella but I also like to know how exactly anxiety is working at that moment. How do we figure that out? Like when I get shakes I know that my body is burning off extra adrenaline and I smile and I’m like cool thanks body… but how do we figure out other symptoms? I like to screen shot things and read them when I’m in full blown panic because it redirects my mind and I’m able to easily remind myself it’s anxiety. Dpr isn’t dangerous brain fog isn’t dangerous I can still think and focus… but in those moments and days it does not feel that way and I second guess because I can’t look it up.
Can someone help me to understand this. I have been suffering with severe anxiety for 2 years. I feel severe dizziness, vertigo, numbness, tremors and so many other things but sometimes i feel that it's not just anxiety may be some other problems are going with my body
Get tested for ur physical health first to rule out all illnesses! I have anxiety was very ill many years ago i had dizziness for 12 years and no test showed up any bad physical health. U need to do exercise and thats how i got better. Go for long walks
I love this video and love Vickie! She is so sincere and true! Q, did you notice that your recovery was so slow, that it was hard to notice it??
Nice one 😂
I went to therapy. Then I realized they just say what Google says. Save the money people. Do you're own research. Claire Weekes book for $5 on thriftbooks will help you more than some stranger with an internet connection.
Love this! I used to hate breathing techniques! They made me feel worse and id force myself to do them anyway thinking it would work lol I appreciate you so much shaan! Thank you so much for your help it really has made an unforgettable difference in my life 🖤 I'd love to hear your input on the spiritual trends going on in the world right now. I used to follow a lot of so called spiritual teachers and ever since I decided to let go of believing I'm broken and need to constantly do shadow work, anxiety has calmed down so much

My 6 doctors said I cant recover from anxiety. I hope I will, I dont have panic attacks since 1 year, just agoraphobia and sensitized nervous system left but I can live
Don't worry doctors say things
What weirdo doctors to say something like that. My advice fake it till you make it. Anxiety is a mindset just understand everything you feel is anxiety cause you are not dieing be comfortable with it and change your mindset😊
You can recover, anybody can.
Thats like saying getting shot isnt an illness. Like no shit but that doesnt mean its not a bad thing lmao "Oh fuck o fuck oh fuck ive been shot" "Youll be fine its not like you have a cold or anything"
If only understanding your symptoms made them calm down 🙄
Understanding is just the first step
@@tonym2585 This video is saying understanding by itself is the solution. That's what I'm responding to.
The author of this has obviously never suffered from chronic anxiety. Idgaf about where it comes from, what i care about is that when i hear a noise thats a bit too loud, i curl up on the floor in a bathroom floor, thinking im gonna fucking die. And on top of that, it can't take medications for it without becoming a completely different person. So, you're welcome for the engagement, and the 15 veiws whilr im wrighting this, i guess. I definitely didnt get anything out of this internation 👍
The point he's trying to make is when your understand why your having symptoms and what they mean your less scared of them and not being scared is the first step to overcoming anxiety
As a therapist myself, and I love the beach, I call it riding the wave. You can't fight rhe wave so just enjoy the ride knowing that the ride will be over and you'll be on land again.
Being scared for my life sucks
Ben having heart palpations for 3days now had ambulance come check me out today hooked me up to everything the machine wasnt even picking up the palpations and he made sure i was hooked up to everything properly showed my heart was in great health beating properly my breathing was excellent my heart rate was a lil high but i know that was from anxiety have anybody had it back to back like that 2 to 3 days in a row ?

Create video with a hanging mobile and show how if one piece of the mobile moves that it affects all the pieces of the mobile. Just a thought....😊❤
I have been having chest vibrations like palpitations maybe but it feels like a bug flying and buzzing in my chest. It’s a new symptom bc before I just had chest pains and weird heart rhythms or skipped beats etc but the doctor said nothing was actually wrong with my heart. This new symptom is a challenge bc I don’t want to go to the doctor just bc it’s a new symptoms bc it’s hard to convince myself that nothing is wrong.
I have that same feeling but when it comes over me I’ve learned to ignore it and that nothing is wrong and that it WILL go away!
I had this more than 8 months and it is constant like my chest shakes with my Heart .This is the only thing which concerned me and if you ignore this will go 🤞🏻
