    Hello everyone,
_ My story: I will make it short. I suffered Anxiety in Agust 2022, My doctor gave me medicine to treat Anxiety. It worked, but i didn't want to use med for the rest of my life so i quitted the med in Sep 2023. The anxiety came back, i struggled for 3 months. Then i found Shann youtube channel. Now let talk about my recovery.
_ I followed Shann for 1 month, during that i watched alot of his videos. And i understood what he said. I can summarize in below:
    1. Understand the mechanic of Anxiety. How its feelings (this is very important) , the more intense feeling the more your confident build-up.
    2. Every symptoms you experienced , treat all of them as Anxiety. So now you dont have to worry how to deal with each symptom because all of them are Anxiety. So now, how to overcome Anxiety, just doing nothing, dont resist just sit down and feeling the Anxiety, dont find the way to cope Anxiety. I know the symptoms Suck but it will be less intense everyday. In fact, when you are fully recovery, the Anxiety feeling still come and go but because its so fast and no intense at all that you wont notice it.
    3. The setback makes you stronger , this is where alot of ppl struggle because everytime they experienced the setback they felt hopeless and sad. But dont be fool, the more setback happening the faster recovery you will be.
    4. At last, you are fully recovery, the Anxiety feeling still come and go but its so fast and no intense at all. This is when you dont care about Anxiety anymore.
_ We all forgot that everybody has Anxiety inside after they were born. Remember when we were a kid, our parent used things to scare us (wasn't it Anxiety ?) and when we grew up , we understood that things were nothing to fear. Now read again 1,2,3,4 and see if you were the kid that used to fear everything.
_ Anxiety is like security guard, they are searching around your house to make sure you are safe. And each time you and them saw each other, just respone to them you are safe and they will go quickly. If you feel uncomfortable everytime you see them, they will assume you are in danger and they will stay there for so long. That is the meaning of acceptance and let go, let your guard understand the situation that they are mistaken and Yes it take time. Once the guard understood they will go. Its so stupid to fight your guard and try everything to stop them doing their job.
Thank Shann, your guide is every useful

Anxious people do not take more antibiotics. Antibiotics and/or perceived stress can disrupt the gut, but it gets back to homeostasis in time. It’s what the body does. Please cite the studies.
