  • ➡️ Learn how to overcome anxiety and end panic attacks: www.byebyepanic.com/?...
If a medical professional has ruled out any physical causes for the symptoms you’re experiencing, you’re probably struggling with anxiety.
Nausea, fast heartbeat, tension, sweating… All of these anxiety symptoms usually come with unsettling, intrusive thoughts about the future. And after a while, you’re like: “How do I MAKE IT STOP?!”
Maybe you’ve tried it all… Supplements, breathing exercises, yoga, changing your diet, you name it… But nothing seems to work.
I know how tough it can be to face these challenges when you feel there’s no solution on the horizon.
So, in this episode, I’m going to share five steps to truly overcome anxiety symptoms.
I’m not going to talk about short-term fixes like supplements and breathing techniques - they're meant to help us cope in the moment. But they’re NOT a permanent solution.
Instead, I’ll show you how to approach these symptoms differently. When you start using these five steps intentionally, not as desperate fixes but as part of a balanced approach to handling your anxiety, you'll see a real difference.
Ready to overcome your anxiety symptoms once and for all?
    Tune in now!
    Key Takeaways:
    Intro (00:00)
Step #1: Rule out physical causes (01:08)
Step #2: Understanding the mechanics of anxiety (02:14)
Step #3: ALARM method for responding to anxiety symptoms (06:45)
Step #4: Dealing with setbacks in recovery (12:48)
Step #5: Regaining core confidence (14:37)
Bonus step: Never fall back into the anxiety cycle (15:59)

Dont give up. Keep moving forward. If you get out of bed in the morning then you're already winning. Ive been dealing with a lot of symptoms for a year and a half now. My main ones are dizziness off balance and bad eye problems. Ive bad bouts of anxiety and panic attacks which have led to health anxiety and agoraphobia. I think we can all agree it sucks and we wish it would all just go away. It can really bring a person down day after day. Like i said dont give up. After everything ive been through i had my first bout of derealization today. Scared the hell out of me. Just gonna try to throw it under the umbrella the best i can. Its hard. Its all hard. But please try to remember thay suffering is a choice.

oh damn...My 12 years relationship ended 2 months ago. After she left and i understood i am alone now, my world collapsed. i have always been skinny and i lost my appetite. have been lost a lot of weight (15 lbs).., self confident went down. scared about future, stressing, anxiety, overthinking everything. what, how, if, when etc... I cant find the joy of things i used to. Feeling like i lost ME with the breakup and just being STUCK. basicly a walking ghost who has no destination.
I think one of the big triggers to these is the thought of my ex being happily with some1 else while i struggle and this thought is very very very often in my head. Its just so hard not to think about her...
I have done small walkings outside, breathing techniques, meditation, tapping. Going gym actively to gain my weight lost back and constantly thinking about forcing myself to EAT. still just losing weight and stressing about it. Asking my self "WHY I DONT HEAL, HOW LONG THIS IS GOING TO TAKE"
been watching your videos now like 3 hours and i think something clicked in my head. Now i realise I have tried to fix it by forcing these things and HOPE it will do it. That leading to deeper hole cause i dont see the results witch just give me more stress and anxiety.
Instead just understand the cause of these and just let it be and figure it self out. Not by FORCING or OVERTHINKING about it. accept it.
I just ate without worrying over it, my stomach didnt feel twisted. i went to a walk with a thought "this wont fix it but makes me feel good" and it felt GREAT!. and same with the other techniques.
Its just your body mechanic and survival instinct.
Your mind will make you sick if you let it take over you and you keep feeding it.
I know this is not going to be easy, but i found a little bit of peace in my head already!
    Thank you Shaan!

I have got rid of most of the symptomps, but I’m still not relaxed. I am plagued by intrusive thoughts about death and diseases. I listen to all the sounds my stomach makes and still think it’s something serious there. Doctors told me it’s IBS, but apoarently my brain can’t accept it. I’m tired of scanning my body for everything. And also the tinnitus kinda bothers me. I miss the days when I wasn’t so aware of my mortality and I had almost no fear (that’s less than a year ago I mean…).

I feel a lot of vertigo and nausea and ive been waking up feeling "high". thankfully ive been acknowledging that its my stomach and have been calmly getting through that at night. I do feel myself trusting that its all just anxiety more but i do need to be reminded sometimes, just like today.

    • @LemonFamily7777
      @LemonFamily7777 Před 22 dny +5

Everybody experiences anxiety throughout their life it's our body's mechanism to respond to stress and "protect" us, even after recovery we can experience symptoms like every other human... the point is to know what it is, and that is completely harmless and how we defeated it once we can do it again. By knowing that we won't fall in cycle and be prone to it again and not respond in FEAR and PANIC !! Cause life comes with ups and downs always but we are prepared 💪🏼 I hope i made some point to this cause it's more of a delicate answer desensitation and other things that Saan explained so well. God bless everybody we can do it.

His videos helped me. I didn't get in the course/mentorship. Just from watching videos and practicing I was able to reduce and eliminate my symptoms in just a few months. It's about the discipline and practice.

I was wondering if anyone had this symptom.. ive had panic attacks for over two decades... The one symptom that drives me insane is this constant or pressure in my head.. like my scalp muscles contracted, and just locked up for hood.. there is no let up, like it is everyday , all day for this long... I cant for the life of me stop this ... Its not painfull , just pressure? Anyone have this?
