The Robertson and Santos fights should be prime evidence that you can't ever count Glover out until he's actually unconscious. This guy has to be the greatest comeback fighter of all time given his age and the scary dudes he's fought.
he fights some of the hardest hitters and recovers after getting his chin checked. Probably the toughest guy in 205. his recovery is out of this world

People don’t realize, Glover was Chuck Liddell main training partner when he was in his prime. This dude has seen it all. And I can see why Chuck had such great takedown defense.
I really hope Glover knows all the fans have his back in terms of deserving a title shot. Yeah the Izzy fight is cool but Glover deserves it more than anyone.

Glover has a unique ability. This isn't just toughness, but a true talent. Anthony Smith is one of the toughest guys in the sport, but look at the differences when he gets rocked compared to Glover. Smith covers up or tries to get away, but Glover is completely present and still trying to capitalize on his opponents. His level of focus in the most dangerous situations is incredible.

Especially the case of Glover, back in the day he would get wobbled and knocked out even with stuff that seemed decently powerful but the tougher guys could handle. Now we're seeing at his later age against tougher opponents and he barely even gets wobbled eating shots from Thiago Santos. I wonder if it's Mental or did he unlock a new Iron Chin attachment?

But I think it’s mostly mental fr, being able to stay calm in the eye of the storm, I think it does have some to do with his chin but mostly to do with his mental fortitude in those moments of adversity.

It's like whenever Glover gets hurt, he has the Rocky moment in his head where he recalls his past and refuses to get knocked out. But he does it again and again. I feel like, at this point, Jan could catch him with a headkick and Glover would fall over, spin like Lesnar and just fly towards Jan, taking him down and trying an arm triangle.
Remember watching the Santos fight. He was killing Texeira on the feet, but made the mistake of following Texeira down to the ground. Got subbed.
