I worked in a law firm that practiced insurance defense...HATED IT...Defendant insurance companies ALWAYS settle simply because if they do go to trial, THEY WILL LOSE EVERYTHING EXCEPT BREATH. The only parties who win in insurance defense are the ATTORNEYS.

Ok, the child labor law isn't that bad. Nobody is forcing the children to do it lol, it's just an option. And to be honest, when I was a teen, I would have preferred the night shifts if I had the option.
