I love the trickle of information from the case. The Dominion lawyers know exactly what they're doing. I'm highly interested in the parts that have been redacted.
The redacted sections are most likely references to other people not pertinent to the suit. Like the mention of another employee such as an assistant assistant, or a family member such as a wife or husband. That’s usually why those things are redacted.
As someone who lives outside the United States it really warms my heart that you kind of acknowledged I exist.

I'm French. We pay all our working life a small percentage of our wages to finance the pensions of the elder people who are in age of retiring. You actually have to work and pay for 43 years in order to get a full pension. So if you started late (due to college studies or else), you may retire at the age of 64 or 65 which is my case. Most European countries have a similar system. Government wants to abruptly add two more years of work, which is not well received over here. And of course, the media being what they are, they think the country is paralized with strikes. I can tell you it's not!
So the question is also why is it not received... my guess is that they just dont trust the president no matter what, mostly bias

If they win, how awesome would it be if they exchanged their financial gain for a statement before each Fox segment that read: The story, all names, characters, and incidents portrayed in this production are fictitious. No identification with actual persons (living or deceased), places, buildings, and products is intended or should be inferred. 😂
Their lawsuit might have the very welcome side effect that Fox' lies come to light, however, like most companies, Dominion doesn't do this for humanity or something like that, they are suing because Fox's lies are bad for their business. Instead, give that Medal of Honor to true journalists, those that dare to write about uncomfortable truths, those that pick facts over fiction, those that use information headlines instead of clickbait, those that invest countless hours investigating instead of regrating the latest drivel.

Sorry, but I live down the road from a marijuana farm and it was recently raided and they were charged with laundering money and sex trafficking. It is a bad element and half the weed farms are under investigation in Oklahoma so we don’t need to add to the problem.

I had to fight Social Security for days to obtain my mother’s disability while she was in a coma due to her dying of brain cancer. I had proof of power of attorney and sign off from her doctor, and they still wanted me to have her sign a document. The first check arrived on the day she died, so she wasn’t entitled to it. Social Security treated me like an adversary and were consistently nasty to me.

When I heard about this proclamation to make Recreational Marijuana legal, I was flabbergasted because by this point I thought it already was, if the advertising on a bunch of these shops was to be believed. I'm even more shocked that they voted against it. As for the excuse about the denial being a boon to our mental health, I have to laugh. Oklahoma's governing body doesn't give a damn about its citizen's physical health, much less its mental health. They think that's what prisons are for.
What u are seeing on shops, probably has to do with hemp. Cause of the Farm act passed in 2018.

That’s why they won’t settle. Because the settlement would require them to do this. That’s why they’re taking this all the way in court even though they’re going to lose. They are hoping that whatever judgment they receive in court will not make them take back their lies on the air.
They know that the people who watch them don’t watch anything else and are living in a bubble of fake news. So they’re hoping they simply have to pay out the money they owe for blatantly lying. If they have to take back the lies publicly on their channel, they risk losing a lot of viewers now that they have sold them so many lies for so many years.
