I built a simple "wrist roller" for my forearms.
Older men lose forearms quickly with sarcopenia.
I also use hand grippers for hand strength.

I had torn my rotator cuff in my left shoulder, and had replacement surgery in December 2020. My surgeon says that it will be anywhere from 12 to 24 months before I begin to feel less pain. My younger sister introduced me to your CZcams channel and I've been a fan ever since, thank you for your videos and your commentary. Could you tell me with those 8 to 12 reps, how many sets should there be with those? The heaviest weight I can lift without it feeling like a ton is 3 to 5 lb dumbbells.

Lifting a fork is my fav exercise for building arm strength. Not sure these are realistic for many seniors imho :)

I came looking for exercises to strengthen my shoulders to protect my body and health, not to work on external appearances, which is very shallow. Sorry.
Seniors . This is the first unrealistic exercise he’s ever demonstrated . The leg on chair push up !!!!

Well, I know I exercise and am doing all his other senior ones . I could NEVER at 73 do any of those chair push ups . All his previous ones were reasonably doable .
