      I never thought about that, but you are right. I can't stand it when some folks use that thump, thump, thump music for these types of exercises. Eric has class!! I love music, but appropriately used.

      @@kelalamusic9258 I also enjoy music but not when I can not hear what the person is saying or it gives me a headache... Like the old saying one man's treasure is another man's garbage. Well, one person's music is another's headache.

    I’m 89 and am in isolation from Covid-19 infection. I ordinarily go to the gym and have a personal trainer, and have been concerned about losing fitness. Your videos have been extremely helpful. Thank you very much!

      Watched your squat video & I’m also doing the strap exercise for upper back! My main concern is losing the arch in my lower back which has increased the lift in my front body. My flexion is not correct. My hips are not tilting forward but rising up. Any suggestions would be appreciated 🙃 thanks for your concern Eric ☀️

    I'll be 71 in January (!) and have always been a workout fanatic. I worked for the Y in Jax. FL in the 90s and worked out at work and at home. I do my own workout at home 5 days a week still from things I learned at the Y.....I sure was encouraged after watching this video that I do planks on the floor - 5 sets, for a count of 50 at each workout. Now I'm going to try these other 2 that you demonstrated. Thanks!

    These are great, Eric, and remind me of my yoga days. We used to do high planks with straight arms rather than on elbows. I suspect that is an easier exercise but I still felt it. I haven't done the bird dog for a while but this reminds me that I probably should. Thanks.

    Great video, Eric. As soon as you mentioned the Bird Dog exercise, I had to smile. It brought back fond memories of perhaps one of the best harmonic duos in history, the "Everly Brothers."     Plank; reps, can be at an angle; Bird Dog; reps; can be angled on bench; leg lift with hamstring stretch on opposite leg

    Thank you so much, Eric, for another set of excellent exercises. I've combined your exercises, with UPRIGHT HEALTH - channel and I tell you, I am getting there! I feel so pulled together on the inside.
    I find that I'm hesitating less to go upstairs, step off the curb, get up and sit down because my muscles are firing, my movements, are more fluid, natural, and automatic. A lot of the plotting and planning on how to move is fading away as I get stronger.
    I still say, you are the best teacher! Thank you for all that you do, the way you do it!👍🏾😀

    Great info! Thanks for sharing. Can you explain a little bit more about the target area and benefits third exercise? Keeping one leg up and lowering the other one. I’m assuming it’s for abs but I am not sure. Thanks again.

    Eric - I just turned 88 and I’m noticing that although I walk around the building where I live (for dependent seniors) every day - and use the mini gym 4 times a week and include many of your exercises in the process,, my strength is not maintained from one day to the next. It seems I frequently have to start from scratch. What are your thoughts about this?

    Hi I am 74 and have had left knee replacement and Spinal fusion of L4 and L5 six months back. I have been told to avoid bending and twisting. But I want to strengthen my core. Could you suggest some exercises for me.

    I take supplements and my eye sight has improve, I workout went weather good. I have a eye chart that I read 25 feet away.
