Warning....do not do wall sits in socks in fact do not exercise in your socks, wear gym shoes or work with bear feet socks can be slippery epically on bare wood floors so unless you want to risk a hip replacement do not exercise in your socks.
I don’t know if you are on Facebook but I also have a Free Facebook group that I help with Fitness/Health info there. Would you be interested in joining?
Hi Eric, it’s a blessing to me to have found these videos, of yours!! My main problem I want info on is Lymphedema in/on my inner knees. It’s effecting my walking!! I’ve had numerous abdominal surgeries. Help please……many, many thanks in advance!! I’m a breast cancer survivor, too.
Eric, These exercises are great! My question is, I am a 75 year old cancer patient. I’m doing very well considering I had robotic bladder surgery ( removal ) ( March 2021. I can’t strain my abs, because of the stoma and the bag around it. Is it o.k. to do these exercise one to three times a week for strength? I use to do weight training ( weights, kettlebells, body weight and recumbent cycling ) My weight dropped from 157 to 130 and I lost a lot of strength

many seniors will not be able to do wall sits; very unstable position. And most of these use knees, which many of us cannot do to this extent.
Great tips. Thanks much.👍
Glad it was helpful!
