@@yoonsan7280 Hi there! For losing the 30kgs, I've been doing the exercises for almost a year (mostly with Emi's other HIIT workouts).
The earliest to see changes on your body, I could say around 2~3 months and ofc with healthy diet too (but the result might vary for each person) ^^
Based on my experience, I did a brisk walk (8k~10k steps) everyday with Emi's HIIT for beginners + Emi Plank V1 & V2 workout for 6 days per week and lost around 2inches in 1 month.
