What a beauty!
It's such a good looking car!
It really looks the part! Can’t wait to see it in action at Monte 🚗 💨
It has to be one of the best looking rally cars out there right now!
Great to see the production based 1.6L 3 cylinder motor put to good use in WRC
Thanks for this content, I'm excited to see what this car it's capable to do...
(I'm still a Skoda Fan BTW )
You and me both!
It seems that the knowledge gained from the factory prototype participation in the All-Japan Rally and the AP4 in Australia has been very effective, and it seems that the commercial version of GR-YARIS Rally 2 will be delivered to the top teams of the All-Japan Rally.
I'm looking forward to the battle between Fabia and Subaru's prototype model, and I'm also looking forward to seeing it do well in the WRC.
The above information was from Japan.
Greetings from Poland.
Welcome! Thanks for stopping by.
@@rallybeast I watched a few movies. Good job!
😁👍👍
Multe Skoda in raliuri dar tot Citroen C3 este pe primul loc asta contează cine este pe podium in rest Citroen is the best in 2024
Body kit?
It's a custom one made by TGR. It's not something you can go out and buy.
@@rallybeast Wow thank you for the information!!
How is rallye not more popular then F1
Its litrally just regualer traffic thats tuned too death
That’s a great question!
Lack of openly available coverage could be the reason
can't wait
You and me both!
Accessible? They cost the same as a small house 😂
As much as interesting prospect the GR Yaris Rally2 is, in the end it will be Skoda at the top once again - the key advantage they have over the competition is that the Fabia RS Rally2 is their only car in their lineup and the revenue from selling it to customers goes to its development. Hyundai, M-Sport and Toyota sell customer cars in order to generate money for development of their top of the range Rally1 cars, while Citroën (the only manufacturer other than Skoda without a Rally1 challenger) hasn't really developed the C3 Rally2 like Skoda does. Customers prefer winners and most of them gravitate towards the Fabia - it's no coincidence that Skoda's Rally2 offerings (Fabia R5, Fabia Rally2 Evo and Fabia RS Rally2) are the cars of choice in numerous national and regional championships, as well as WRC-2. Of the 147 unique entries in WRC-2 (including drivers using different cars thoughout the season), over half of them were Skoda's (44 of them - Fabia Rally2 evo).
All in all, while it's good that Toyota threw its hat in the Rally2 ring, I don't think it will matter much in the grand scheme of things. Current Skoda customers will most likely trade up to their latest offering and while Toyota Gazoo Racing may steal some customers from their hands, it will not be a significant number as the GR Yaris has not yet proven to be the Fabia killer in Rally2 and Skoda can compensate for these losses with new customers.
Skoda definitely has a leg up on them right now since they've been in Rally2/R5 for so long.
Pure filth!
