Acceleration is far more important then top speed, in most normal driving conditions the difference between being able to go 180 or 210 isn't really important but how quickly you can get to 120 is far more useful on american roads.

In order to make the batteries for electric car you need to extract rare and expensive materials that devastates natural areas, you can check it out. Plus the energy that you use to recharge it most likely comes from using carbon fossils so it's not really eco if you ask me. I don't wanna be that guy on the internet, but we gotta be realistic, electric cars are more of a problem than a solution.

to give you a little realism. i charge my car at my work or at home. i spend just about 15 seconds? to put the cable in my car. i can sit at a super charger for 30 min the 10 times a year i need it. you need to weekly drive in, and fuel your car. i have both types. electric wins any day of the week when it comes to "fueling" on a daily/weekly basis :) obvioustly EV lose if you need to drive 2k km on a daily basis. fact is you dont.

i can sit at a super charger for 30 min the 10 times a year i need it.
you need to weekly drive in, and fuel your car.
i have both types. electric wins any day of the week when it comes to "fueling" on a daily/weekly basis :)

There were a lot of requests for studies about the effect of electromagnetic fields produced by EVs on male reproductive organs. And manufacturers have remained completely silent for over 5 years so far. Please go ahead and drive and EV so natural selection does it’s job ;)
@@joshuadevaughn8613 I've seen most of them drive like chodes, top that with the regenerative braking which has caused multiple accidents considering you can come to a full stop without any brake indicator to show for it. Plus the other accidents from morons losing control flying down the road. Impresses me considering the car practically drives itself. If I thought they'd last more than 7 years, I'd totally buy one. Then again I've seen the cost to replaced the batteries if any rodent gets in it like they do all cars, an entire battery for one fuse because of a small rodent. $8k. I'll pass.
