Started this as a 30 days challenge and it was tough at the beginning but getting better results as I'm progressing, it is worth doing yoga for 15 minutes daily.

Ma'am just wanted to tell you, I was struggling big time with knee pain, neck pain, buzzing sound in ears and mental stress. After following your 15 mins Yoga for almost for 15 days... all the issues have deminished. Now I m daily following these steps without fail. Thank You soo much for all your efforts🙏

Bhen 5 min me kya hota hai. Kmse km 20 min to do mind ko shant krne ke liye. Meditation ke bare me abhi kuchni pta to try focusing on your breathe. Ya shambhavi mahamudra try kro it's amazing for students.

I just came from giving my 12th boards business studies exam and I wanted my body to relax and I was just searching in CZcams and I was getting many videos but not this much relaxing as this one is I felt so much relaxing I am thinking to add this in my daily routine this is really very very soothing and relaxing because sitting in exam isn't a small task 3 hours to sit in an exam is a very big task and my whole body was paining but by doing this I feel so much relaxing thank you so much 😊❤
