शुभ प्रभात! सिद्धि योग में आपका स्वागत है!
हमारे पास इस शुरुआती श्रृंखला में शुरुआती लोगों को योग सिखाने वाली 30 दिनों की अभ्यास श्रृंखला है. यह वीडियो योग अभ्यास के पहले दिन को दर्शाता है। इसलिए, अपना मन बना लें और 30 दिनों के लिए प्रतिबद्ध रहें।
आइए सबसे पहले अष्टांग योग के रचयिता ऋषि पतंजलि का सम्मान निम्न श्लोक के साथ करते हैं:
ओम्कर का जप, शुरुआत में, सर्वशक्तिमान को कई शारीरिक, मानसिक, भावनात्मक और आध्यात्मिक लाभों के साथ प्रार्थना करने की तरह है जो ओम्कर जप प्रदान करता है।
योगेन चित्तस्य पदेन वाचां ।
मलं शरीरस्य च वैद्यकेन ॥
योऽपाकरोत् तं प्रवरं मुनीनां ।
पतञ्जलिं प्राञ्जलिरानतोऽस्मि ॥
Translation: (The one who) removes the impurities of the Chitta through Yoga, removes the impurities of the speech through Grammar and impurities of the body through medicine; to such a great sage, Patanjali, I bow with folded hands.
Om shanti shanti, shanti!!!
Shanti is chanted three times to remove the world’s three types of miseries.
अनुवाद: (वह जो) योग से चित्त की अशुद्धि को दूर करता है, वाणी की अशुद्धि को व्याकरण से, और शरीर की अशुद्धियों को औषधि द्वारा दूर करता है; ऐसे महान संत पतंजलि को मैं हाथ जोड़कर नमन करता हूं।
ओम शांति शांति, शांति!!!
दुनिया के तीन प्रकार के दुखों को दूर करने के लिए शांति का तीन बार जप किया जाता है।

Mujhe irritable bowel syndrome tha ( youcan check about it on google ) ye stomach disease hoti hai jisse diarrhoea, cramping, thakwat, indigestion ,bhook na lagna..etc hta tha.. but when i starded this yoga.. i feel so mch postive and my IBS is 60% cured❤️
