Today is the first I do this. It's just magic my back pain gone. I have to sat for a long hours that's why I struggling with this. And because of this pain I am unable to study regularly. But finally I find this. I am truly grateful. Thank you so much 😊

I suffer two year from deppression becouse of my pcod and spinal cord injury and becouse of it I left my medical 2019,2020 2021 is very depresied time for me bt I overcome from from it because of my grattitude my meditation and my grandma helps me overcome from deppression sprituality have power of healing I hope sandeep maheshwari sir overcome from deprresion soon❣️❣️

Just a little update. I was having severe back pain since a year. Not even medicines helped me and then I came across this video. This is a life changer truly. I tried these yoga poses for a month now and I can say my back pain is almost vanished. Thank you very much. I wish you all well and hope ya’ll recover soon too.

I am almost a year postpartum and had intense lower back pain. I started this exercise routine first regularly and then intermittently. It has ben more than a month and this exercise routine has helped me heal my lower back to a great degree.
I have been doing this for almost a month now..this does wonders trust me..I love how she explains each and every point with a reason why we are doing it that way..just amazing..also I like her soothing voice and complementing background music❤❤

Hello,this is my review post exercise done for past 4 days,I was diagnosed with scalar issues along with lumbago,so post taking steroids it was suppressed but required many physiotherapy sessions on regular basis,so i opted for this exercise as I couldn't go out for exercise regularly due to pain,so this exercise did wonders,lumbago recovery and no back pain too.Thank You🙏

मैंने आप का ये योगा लगभग 1.5 साल पहले किया था जब मेरी कमर में बोहोत ज्यादा दर्द था मैं जब चलता था तब भी बोहोत तेज कमर दर्द होता था फिर मेने आप का ये योगा किया मुझसे बिल्कुल अच्छे से तो नहीं हुआ मेने जैसे केसे किया और मेरा दर्द करते करते ही बंद हो गया और एक बार करने के बाद बिल्कुल ठीक हो गया। फिर बोहोत टाइम बाद दो बार दोबारा दर्द हुआ तो ये आप का योग किया और बिकुल ठीक हो गया।
