The tear is pushing towards the Fox reality and Monica's powers push, but they don't pull. She had to be on the Fox side to push the tear back together. She had the power to close the other ones earlier, but couldn't use them because of the switching from the quantum entanglement. The other tears were only big enough to get the resources needed and it's just understood that they closed them after the climactic battle. I did like listening to this conversation. Thumbs up!
