Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel.
Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool.
Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding.

It's not the damn ethnicity that makes the content good. That's a racist as hell attitude and frankly that garbage needs to stop in our society. Her exercise choices, her positive attitude, and her friendly smile are what made this workout good. She has tremendous talent as a trainer! It could have been one of those dastardly evil white guys who did the workout. Would that make it less good? Seriously. Think about it because this attitude is pervasive all over the society, and it's destroying us.
Be careful, it's 90% legs and not full body.
