Today we look at a Star Wars theory from Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 4 involving the Jedi tomb on Fortress Inquisitorious where Reva interrogated Leia. Jedi Master Kenobi came across Jedi who were captured during Order 66 but I think they are being kept in stasis by Palpatine for his cloning project that eventually comes to fruition in the Sequels (The Rise of Skywalker) but that we also see hints of in the Mandalorian Season 2, The Bad Batch on Wayland (Mount Tantiss) and Jedi Fallen Order Sequel, Survivor. I also connect it to Grogu (Baby Yoda) and how Ahsoka may have teased that he was kept for cloning after the Great Jedi Purge when he was taken from the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
#StarWars #ObiWanKenobi #Lucasfilm - Zábava
"Then his memory becomes... dark." 💚
It all connects!
Meg baby girl that could be dark side technology they could be dead in that stuff could be causing to MIDIchlorines not to be able to escape back into the force
I doubt the Jedi in that room will be free at the end because then you really have to wipe out canon of the Jedi being wiped out after Order 66 and Luke being the last hope.. since then Lucas Films has brought us Ahsoka Tano, Ezra Bridger, Kanan Jarrus, Grugo ect... if all these Jedi escape and start fighting back at the Empire that will just finish original canon off
This is amazing! And makes me yearn for Grogu's backstory even more! 💥💥💥 (And the title page for this ep 😍😍😍💚💚💚)
After seeing the tomb, stasis amber, trophy room or whatever it is my Mega'lor? You can see Palp's other motivation besides his former Master's ambition to manipulate the midichlorians to create...life. By choosing to extend it as for as long as possible yes. But also avoiding Star Wars Hell, because I for one after seeing the amber chamber. Don't believe Palp's, Vader, The Inquisitor's or anyone involved or who knew? Well, they ALL deserve a fate that is FAR worse than death, pain&suffering...Forever.
Nothin worse than bringing harm to a child. Those who do so are deserving of the worst fate imaginable for all time, in ANY universe whether it be Star Wars or our own.
Master Sinube hit me hard man, was such a kind and thoughtful Jedi master and I freaking loved his Clone Wars episode with Ahsoka, it was so great and he was a part of Ahsoka’s big character development…😢
they all died.. why did thisnone hit you.. you shouldve known everyones grandmas jedi died in order 66.
@@prico3358 not all. Obi-Wan and Yoda survived as did others. So obviously those survived then were either killed or put in there alive.
@@mattt233 i know that... but originaly.. luke and leia were the last... and as tine goes by.. almost jalf the order pops out.
@@prico3358 thats an over exaggeration. I mean, even after Order 66 its highly unlikely that the only Jedi to be left to be Luke and Leia. There are force-sensitive children, not all Jedi were in the same circumstances with their Clone troopers, its more likely that more still survive but are unheard of.
He’s not real . This is all fake
The second I saw the Jedi in the preservation tanks I had absolute chills. Very dark. Even more dark that they are still alive, and could (but probably won’t) be saved.
This theory makes a lot of sense of Grogu, how he was “saved” from the Jedi temple, but also how he is 50 years old, yet seems like a baby. The youngling in the amber obviously hasn’t aged so the same would go for Grogu. I know his species lives a long life, but it has always felt like Grogu was a bit immature for 50.
This 💯
The Jedi Tomb room was heartbreaking to see especially when they focused on Master Sinube. I loved his arc in the Clone Wars and seeing him like that was rough to watch. I definitely don't think the Jedi in that room are dead.
This theory makes the most amount of sense. Grogu being in the amber and his memory going dark really works. Good job Meg
I agree. And if he was woken up the memories are probably super unpleasant so he suppressed them.
The scene of the Jars of Jedis was absolutely chilling, whatever the purpose. I love that they are laying out breadcrumbs for the future. Great stuff, Meg!
“Jars of Jedis” 🤣🤣🤣🤣I actually laughed out loud. Hilarious, well done. 😀
Jedi pickles. ☹️
Yikes! I was wondering why nobody showed any lightsaber injuries… now it makes perfect sense! And… it makes Grogu’s memory getting dark make more sense! I now think Grogu’s rescue story if being rescued from stasis like this as opposed to Order 66.
I like this - because Sith/Dark Siders would, in reality, be this dark or much darker. Pure evil with power and no limits - behaving like the worst parts of earth’s history.
Hi Meg. Hope all is well. When I saw this room with Jedi I realized that they were in stasis and being kept for use for harvesting their midichlorians. This dark and horrible stasis, which I thought is a form of carbinite as you mentioned, might be used to heal and enhance not just Palps but perhaps any Sith user as we have witnessed with Grogu. The scariest one was that poor child with his training helmet from the Jedi temple as we know he’s probably been in stasis for at least ten years, appearing not to age and just being kept there lifeless and subject to any whim the empire has. These Jedi or force users are cursed, Obi might knows what they experienced in these chambers and certainly it is a horrifying prison for them. If this scene has visually created not only the truth of the reason why Jedi are being used for Sith purposes but also demonstrated the horrific future for these force users as slaves to the empire, then this series has done a great deal to enhance the story line of what became of so many Jedi. This nefarious place is rooted in evil and part of me wishes they could be freed from their prison.
The thought that Grogu might have been in one of these “tombs” is so saddening to me. Thanks for the video 💎😊
We may get the jail break next year or the year after but at the end of season 1 it will be hinted at.
I was like “oh no.” But then when I saw that youngling I was “Oh crap! They actually went their!”
I think I would have preferred it if they had done the Kenobi series as 3x 120 minute episodes rather than these short episodes. When the season is over I am going to combine the episodes into a re-edit and see if it improves it.
That seems like a lot of unnecessary work if you already have all the episodes. Just put them into a playlist.
You nailed it Meg's! Great job on this piece!
If you read the book Darth Plaguies, this seems to be similar experiments Sidious’ Master conducted in trying to reach immortality. Sidious seems to continue his Master’s work, but this time with Jedi.
Yah I was thinking that too.
The Inquisitors keep the bodies of their victims as 🏆 TROPHIES 🏆
This is my fav theory about the show and your best one! So thoughtful and creative. Fantastic work 👏👏👏✌🏻😁👍
@StarWarsMeg
I like your concept & I think you hit the nail on the head there.
I like the theory that they were also used to try and draw out other remaining Jedi as we see in Rebels with Luminara
very interesting Meg. Keep it up
Meg, love your insights.
Yall remember when Meg said not to worry about the “Reva Show”, and that she won’t try to steal the show. Well couldn’t be more wrong.
I'm a 100% in line with your theory! Good show MegaMeg!
A couple of things that I find interesting that likely have zero commonality but still fun to think about: The Colicoids in SWTOR used amber I believe for stasis and they were a very intelligent race. Secondly, I find the whole fascination with fusing science with the supernatural quite thought provoking. In the Star Wars d20 system, in the Darkside sourcebook there was a practice of "Sith Alchemy" and "Sith Sorcery." Definitely reflects this, though I am somewhat relieved they haven't used the transfer essence darkside power (although it is really cool.)
Makes so much sense... there is no degradation in these bodies....still full of life in suspended state. Dark....dark is very good from a story standpoint
I like your theory ...whatever way it all pans out I'm enjoying it immensely! 🙂
Interesting theory, Meg! I agree that's not a tomb Obi-Wan found. Something more sinister is definitely going on.
I can't wait until the next episode. Very hyped for it!
Hi Meg great update really interesting and intriguing update looking forward to finding out if what you have said is true and looking forward to next video
Hi Meg, It makes sense and is similar to what I thought as well. The stasis fluid could be similar to a breathable embryonic fluid that was used in the movie "The Abyss" where deep sea divers breath a similar fluid instead of oxygen so they won't have to go through depressurization in hyperbolic chambers and avoid getting the bends. I thought it was odd they were all still in their street clothes instead of some sort of smock and harness rig, especially the Youngling still wearing his helmet made no sense other than to let you know he was a Jedi Youngling and not a regular kid off the street.
Very intelligent to connect this with the Abyss. Great comment.
@@LoraIee Thank you for the kind comment. 🙏👍
great video Meg
"It had good security"....except their security had one massive weakness: trench coats.
Thanks Meg! 🙏🏼
This is a very interesting theory you've presented. It will be fun to see it, or something similar, play out.
This was covered a little in Rebels with the Inquisators trying to capture Kanan with Jedi bait.
Interesting theories youngling and something to take onboard.
Fascinating, Meg.
Thank you. Great take.
Great take! I really hope that they are still alive and just being preserved
My sister and I had this exact conversations and told eachother every point you made including how it resembled the solo carbonite situation so all on board with your theory.
That chamber really was creepy, and it makes a lot of sense for them to be part of Palpatine's contingency plan, as you suggest. Well thought out. Thanks
First thought was they're trophies, then I thought maybe they're being used as a lure for jedi, like kanen's masters corpse was in rebels. But your theory is as good as any and I wouldn't put it past Palps to try an experiment like it.
Luminara Unduli wasn’t Kanan’s master. Deppa Billaba (not sure about the spelling) was. She also died. 😅
That was Bariss Offee's master, not Kanan's
Thanks for the correction 😅😃👍
I agree that they are dead and being used like trophies or like luminara as a lures for jedi.
As soon as I saw the amber I knew they must be alive. Reminded me of the 'amber' in the tv series Fringe. Good job!
Thanks Meg! This is the Way
I give your theory a solid 8.5/10. Love your work, Meg.
WOW!! Grogu going dark is a perfect fit Meg! Excellent theory!
hi star wars meg may the force be with you always
also don't forget they way the empire used Kanan's old master's body in Rebels, her force presents was still connected to he physical form post mortis
Omg it make so much sense !!
My mind is blown !!
Ahhh Meg they have to be in some form of stasis in that sector .. I still think it be awesome for some flashbacks in this ep 5 coming up and that we see Grogu and his escape by say of Cal .. anyways . Thanks for this great take . Have a great weekend.
Cheers Meg!
That theory connects a lot of dots!😄
I immediately had a bad feeling they were setting up a pretext for the last sequel movie palpatine scenario - another attempt to lend cred to the uncredable -
I can see them all being rescued from those cells..... and a big fight breaking out
Literally almost had a child torture scene - Jedi tomb darkest thing
I do hope we see a next season of ObiWan. This is such a good show.
Very good summary and synopsuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus
I think your theory is a good one. I know that my immediate reaction upon seeing the "tomb" the first time was that it had something to do with Palpatine/cloning/etc. That's some pretty dark stuff, to be sure!
Cracking good theory! I really think you could be onto something.🤔
Interesting theory!
The last level of Knights of the Old Republic you face off against Darth Malak who uses the bodies of entrapped jedi to sustain his energy
I believe you are right. It sounds morbid but I looked for fatal wounds on the in stasis Jedi/ Force Sensitive captures. I didn’t see any and I doubt Disney would shy away from showing it ( they showed a hand being severed in the 1st Episode)!!!!!! Love the Channel and keep up the Good Work!!!! May The Force Be With You!!!!!
But don't let Tala slap your Storm Trooper helmet 🤣 she'll knock you out.
This obi wan series is what I have been looking for 4 years. A look into what has been happening in the universe apart from the what was in the movies.
Master Sinube made me sad 😔 he helped Ashoka alot.
i'm so so hyped with the bad batch! it will open a bucket of worms and new avenues for the future as well as Andor. the 2 i'm more excited for! Thanks and keep up the great work.
I'm a star wars movies and games fan been playing star wars the old republic since 2011 sorry for any misspells or mistakes in spelling.
I agree, it looks more like what youre describing rather than a 'trophy room'.
I think you're right, Meg. There is zero reason to display the dead body of a youngling in a dead Jedi trophy room. Keeping them in a form of suspended animation to experiment on them makes a lot more sense.
I believe you are right.. the Jedi stored at the fortress are still alive. Agreed, they are being stored for further study down the line. But it opens up lots of questions. I see two possible paths. 1) The storage units are destroyed, or 2) they are abandoned and forgotten, at least for a while.
The Jedi within cannot be rescued until at least after "Rise of Skywalker" because it would break so many, many things canon.
But, I could see, as part of Palpatine's final order, sort of a burning Rome scenario, that after Palpatine's death, the storage units were destroyed.
I like your theory Meg
This is the same kind of room that was described in the Aftermath novel Life Debt. It was a stasis chamber/prison.
I like your theory, Meg.
Myself and my son jeered when Obi reconnected to the force . It was a brilliant episode ..
Could be another reason Kenobi picked death over capture on the Death Star.

Kenobi Clips: *Hello There*
I don't get all the hate for this episode, it was amazing like the rest of them!
Bruh😂 u probs enjoyed the last Jedi
I agree I liked it and don’t understand the huge negativity. However, I do think it was the weakest thus far and I think Obi-Wan’s bacta healing was a missed opportunity to see some flashbacks, maybe hear Qui-Gon Jinn so that Obi can still find reason to hang on, and to finally reveal Reva’s past and motives. I know that’s all coming I just feel like this episode would’ve been better spent focusing on those elements.
@@michaelstilson3909 PLEASE don’t be toxic. Don’t be that guy in the comments section. It’s not as appealing as you think.
I enjoyed it more on rewatch.
Trenchcoat scene appeared to be that they were imitating the Austin Powers-minime Trenchcoat scene….and several other clunky scenes were not well executed. I agree the hate backlash was to extreme.
I don't think obi wan would've just jumped to the conclusion they were dead if they weren't
Yeah - Tie Fighters that don't even stop 2 rebel Snow-speeders and security so tight (!?) that Leia is smuggled out under a Trench Coat - Farcical..!!!
Wow that makes sense about Grogu, wow
Wow! Reminds me of the *Panties & Stockings* episode about the *true* origin of their favorite *Ring-0* snack! Talk about freeze drying your food! I guess when you’re the emperor with *infinite wealth & resources* you can & do whatever you want. What’s next?! Medacloro’s with extra *Jedi* spicy bite?!
That's exactly what I said when I saw that scene. They're frozen in something like Carbonite. I'm glad to see I might've been right. It happens so rarely, LoL
I thought the same thing. I didn't make sense to me that they could all be suspended in those poses, eyes open, with those facial expressions-especially that youngling with his helmet still on. I thought to myself, "if they are dead, the emperor must have a marvelous taxidermist."
The amber looks suspiciously like that seen on the Fringe series.
Such a great series
That scene in the "tomb" was freaky.
I just figured they were all energy "cells" in Palpatine's clone process "batteries."
I think you're right about those being stasis chambers.
This explanation is the best so far of the people that were in the …… dungeon liquid thing
I given up on Anakin / Clone Wars flashbacks...but I'm sure we'll get more Reva. 🙄
Make me think of a episode of Angel where humans are kept in similar tanks Alive, aware and body parts etc harvested randomly as ppl with a lot of money need them.
I agree with your theory.
Can’t say for sure but one thing I find striking is that none of the Jedi that were shown in the episode had any signs of damage on their bodies. No blaster or saber marks any where on those that were shown. I can’t see any Jedi willingly surrendering to the Empire after order 66 was executed. Hopefully we will learn the fate of those Jedi we seen in the next 2 episodes.... I want to know what Jedi were in the upper cells that we could not see. Thanks for all of your hard work Meg and please keep the content coming.
My, 'The Dark Side' is really living up to its name!
Good video, hmmm if they are not a tomb then Grogu might be there, he is rescued, good theory Meg.
That’s a great theory! It seems more plausible than them being dead Jedi that are kept for trophies.
Much to reveal with the Amber Jedi there is! I'm really enjoying this series they seem to be setting things up nicely for the final 2 episodes. Cant wait for a lazy weekend to watch the whole series in one sitting.
You could watch it all on a Wednesday afternoon lol 5 hours is not much longer than justice leaugue
The fortress looks like a giant ship, standing up on its engines/star drive! can see it flying off at some point!
So maybe Rey will discover this after episode 9 and rebuild the Jedi order? There are many in there. The “tomb” seemed to have multiple levels
If this is the case it makes me think that that torture device that they were about to use on Leia was part of the stasis process. It makes me wonder if Raya knew Leia was force sensitive.
I can't believe I never made the connection between Carbonite and the "Amber Tombs".
This theory peaks my interest and makes me like and appreciate Episode 4 a whole lot more.
I wish I could vote different on Meg's poll now. I gave it an okay rating.
If I was writing this, the 3rd act would start with Kenobi in his Clone wars Armour meeting Anakin and Ashoka on one of their rescue missions ( opening flashback)...etc
I would love for your theory to be correct if for no other reason than I really wanted better for Master Sanube.
Gotta love the implications
I agree ... they are trying to retcon the abysmal story telling of the sequels and the meme "Somehow Palpatine Returned"!
I honestly can't imagine all those jedi are still alive I feel like the original trilogy would have played out much different if all of those jedi end up being freed
Still hoping this steers away from the canon-breaking sequels, I think if they ever confirm a tie-in to them that would be the end of Star Wars for me!
