@@sirliftsalot1154 it’s consistent weight through the rep; unlike free weights or traditional cable and pulley machines, the weight is not effected by momentum.
Great machine? Had 2 shoulder replacements and started working out again. I can't use free weights anymore. This machine works great and easy on your joints.

Haha yeah true, but a guy my size on a pull-up bar, better have a sturdy door. I do have to say that this thing being as big as it is really could be smaller, they could sell them for a cheaper price but hey if you got a chance to get one for a good price like I sold this one for, why not!!! Aren’t going to tear off and door trim while working out with this, might getting it through the door but once it’s there it’s ready!
