Bowflex Revolution Home Gym DVD Instruction - Part 1 of 2 - Basic Setup

I cannot believe in the year of 2020, when I buy something the vendor still uses DVD as the media for instructions. I thought on bowflexrevolution.com all the walk-thru videos should be available but it's a No.
Don't get me wrong. I bought the product for my wife. I'm like the Chandler in Friends who says "I don't like gym, things are heavy".
When I told her my wife "I may have to get you a portable DVD player just for this", she said "Oh well, people do this are not like you computer literate guys".
Okay this is part 1, the short one. There is another 3-hour part two to explain how to use the device in 92 different ways.
Sorry for the video quality not being FHD or 4K something, again it comes from the technology of the year when Princess Diana left us.
