    Excellent instructions! I was totally frustrated with a cable derailment...and the instructions here were exactly what I needed to get my Revolution working again. Thanks!

    great instructions. would be good to show that the ball needs to be touching the upper pulley (i.e retracted back) when turning the big wheel clockwise. the picture / video that follows the instructions appears to show that its all the way out / down still

    If this is such a common problem you think they'd make it easier to get to it to fix it. Cuz I can assure you this is a common problem. It's almost like Germans designed it.

    I am having the hardest time w the tension belt and the pulleys - they derail each and every time and I can't get any tension on the cables - I haven't been able to use my machine but 3-4 times - I need help!!!!!!

    I troubleshooted as per the instructions here. But when I add a weight the rope again derails. Please help me. I have hardly used the machine. I tried quite a few times. I'm really tired and disappointed. Please which step I am going wrong

    Just got this machine my husband and I put it together and right from the start the cables have no resistance we went to pull them and they did not retract they just hung there. tried this troubleshoot and it did absolutely nothing. So frustrated!
