Great machine? Had 2 shoulder replacements and started working out again. I can't use free weights anymore. This machine works great and easy on your joints.

Looks like it would be very complicated at first and then gradually one would get used to assembling and disassembling.
Yeah after a few times switching around stuff it would be like routine.

Doorway pull up bar.. Weighted vest and push up handles replaces everything this machine does... For around 100$
Haha yeah true, but a guy my size on a pull-up bar, better have a sturdy door. I do have to say that this thing being as big as it is really could be smaller, they could sell them for a cheaper price but hey if you got a chance to get one for a good price like I sold this one for, why not!!! Aren’t going to tear off and door trim while working out with this, might getting it through the door but once it’s there it’s ready!

Could anyone who owns a bowflex show me how to set up the cables for the leg press machine? I set mine up wrong, as the cables were rubbing against the machine. I can't find any detailed photos or videos showing where the leg press cables go.

My dad bought his about 10 years ago. We dusted it off a few days ago and it works just as well as it did back then!
You should've kept it , it's a great machine , i had one sold it due to a back injury and recently i bought another one ...

@@sirliftsalot1154 it’s consistent weight through the rep; unlike free weights or traditional cable and pulley machines, the weight is not effected by momentum.

There's an optional Bowflex accessory rack that can hold all of the extra interchangeable parts.
