I could not for the life of me figure out how to adjust the position of the leg curl attachment and I've been searching for ever. Thank you for this! Also, don't do pullups on the machine, the handgrips can fall off the holders and you could get hurt.

If you read the manual or watch the Bowflex dvd, it is clearly said that you CANNOT DO CHIN-UP OR PULL-UP from the pull down bar. The machine is not designed for that. This could cause a serious accident. The way you attach the power rods is unsafe. You have to stand behind the machine to avoid a power rod snapping in your face (which in your case is impossible because the machine is too close to the wall). If you are going to show how to use a Bowflex, do it responsibly.
