    I had shoulder dislocation few years back. Get recurrent soreness in shoulder muscles post that. Will these exercises be sufficient or any other will help.

      Hrushikesh since you are experiencing soreness in muscles secondary to a shoulder dislocation episode, these exercises won't be sufficient.
      You will mainly have to focus on strengthening exercises for muscles around the shoulder joint.
