Welcome back loves! This week, you will be doing a 7 minute workout to target the legs and thighs. It might sound short, but trust me it is intense and really burns the thighs.
Complete the whole routine once a day and if you want to burn fat, then combine with a fat burning, cardio workout on my channel and a balanced diet

I did this workout five times a week for three weeks, and the results are great. I am a teenager and I have never been more confident than I am now. If you're reading this go do this workout it's worth it!

Im a teenager (yes a teenager,and you might be thinking YOU DONT NEED SLIMMER LEGS YOU ARE A CHILD,but Im doing this to be healthier and to be confident in myself)
I don't have much hope cause I tried EVERYTHING and my thighs are just so stubborn,stretch marks are appearing and I feel so insecure,having thick thighs sounds cool but most of the time its not.

Do you just try leg workouts? Bec if you just try that then it’s going to be very hard to see changes . In order to see changes in your legs/thighs you have to work out all body parts not just your legs. If you do so then I’m pretty sure your gonna see changes in your body overall including your legs. So if your doing this try throwing in cardio and other workouts. Make sure to eat healthy./well balanced meals. Also since you’re a teen puberty might play a role in this. When I started getting stretch marks I also started to feel insecure but then I learned to just accept them Bec who cares what other people think of them. They are just red/coloured lines and that shouldn’t get in the of how I/you should view your body. I wish you luck!!!

having a thigh gap actually doesn’t depend as much on how skinny/toned your legs are than on how wide your hips are, so please be careful and don’t push yourself too much because it really just comes down to your natural body shape :)

I change my mind I'm going do this workout for 30 day and I will update everyday if I don’t forget and I do everything one time.
My thighs are: 53cm
My calves are: 34cm
Day 1: ✅ it was good after the workout I feel like my legs we’re shaking and burning but it was all fine.
Day 2: ✅ this was also a successful but I felt the pain in my legs when I was walking. But all fine.
Day 3: ✅ sorry for a late update I forgot to do it and it is also late here but I still did it. it went good I felt the burning in my legs and in the morning when I was walking downstairs.
Day 4: ✅ I had a little busy day. I've walk a lot so I felt the pain but it was okay. I was kinda proud about that cuze then I know I did a good job and I also realized that the workout became easier so I was also really proud about that.
Ps: I will measure my legs at the 10th day to see if there has something change.
Day 5: Rest Day
Day 6: ✅ I was today really tired to do the workout cuze yesterday last night I was learning the hole night but I still try it.
Day 7: ✅ this workout was great. I felt less more pain since I took the "rest day" and I also just felt more better so yeah can't wait for the next workout!
Day 8: ✅This workout went also great I also felt more comfortable and I feel less more pain in the morning so yeah.
Day 9: ✅ I’m excited for tomorrow cause then I’m going to measure my legs. Hopefully something has change 🤞and btw the workout went great and it also became kinda more easier.
Ps: I will tomorrow only measure my thighs cause I found three days ago that this workout was more meant for thighs.
Day 10: Rest day. So I have measured my thighs they are both 49,5 cm now and before they were 53 cm. I'm very proud of myself!! I seriously didn't expect that it would change that much.
Day 11: ✅ I almost forgot to do the workout bc I had a busy day but today's workout went great it felt great. I didn't felt much pain in the morning just bc of the rest day that I took.
Day 12: ✅I seriously went almost to bed without doing the workout my bad 🤗 so I’ve been thinking to do the workout early like in the morning or maybe later but we will see.
Day 13: ✅ so this time I didn’t forgot it. Yeah!! By this workout I felt less more burning does that mean good or wrong?

I swear to God this is the best thigh workout I have ever done! ❤ I have always struggled with having thick thighs and I had tried over 50 leg/ thigh workouts, all of them were either too long or were just not worth it. Then I found this, short and super duper effective. I request u to do this exercise religiously for 2 weeks and u yourself will be amazed by the results!!!! Ps: her 8 min abs workout is also AmAZInG

The first day I tried this my legs were 61,5cm and 60cm now after 2 weeks they are 55cm and 53cm. Thank you so so much, my legs were never this toned and slim. IF YOU DID NOT START ALREADY, START NOW!!!
did you change the way you ate?
@@eva6480 well actually I didn't because my lifestyle was already super healthy like I ate and still eat 95% of the time healthy. It's my lifestyle but you may have some unhealthy things though. You have to eat like 80% healthy and 20% you can have some food you love to have. What I also did was the killer HIIT workout from Heather Robinson and rope skipping which really helped me for reducing belly fat.

Are you sure you measured correctly? Or did you mean to say 2 months instead of 2 weeks? It's really not possible to lose almost 3 inches off your thighs in only two weeks. That would take several months.
@@Natalie37854 I did measure it correctly like 100%, I was really shocked too. It's not that difficult to lose fat off your body if it's pure fat, it's also because of the food I ate because I lost almost all of my belly fat just because I ate nothing else but only healthy. Probably I lost it so quickly because like I said I did a lot of HIIT workouts and rope skipping and dancing. I heard other stories who were the same as mine. I lost quit a lot kilograms too.

So if there's anyone else out there who literally dies during the plie squats like me, I have found that if i say (either out loud or in my head) "down, Rest, down, rest" as I come up and down. I know it sounds silly, but I think it is just telling my brain that I am at rest. Again, it sounds stupid but it really does help to stop the horrible burning. Also, with some of the exercises she does go quote fast, like the squats, so don't feel bad if you need to slow down. I sure as heck do.

Not sure how long I’m supposed to do this for, but I’ll start with 1 week. I’ll update you guys:
Day 1: ✅ wasn’t too hard, but my thighs definitely burned lol.
Day 2: ✅ for some reason my knees really hurt today, and the video kept pausing, but I tried my best
Day 3: ✅ I really didn’t want to do it today lol, but I did it!
Day 4: ✅ my internet was out last night, but I was able to memorize the exercises lol! I was so proud for some reason haha

UPDATE #1: I don’t really see too much progress visibly tbh, but that could have to do with skipping two days. However, I definitely feel different. The exercises feel like they are getting easier, so I’m assuming my orgs are getting stronger. My legs don’t look like they are getting slimmer yet, but I’ll keep going. I’ll do another update after 7 more days.

UPDATE #2: I’m still not really seeing any changes in my legs visibly, however the this workout has been getting easier still, so I def think they are continuing to get stronger. I don’t know if I am not seeing visible results yet just because I had three days that I missed, if it just hasn’t been long enough yet, or if this workout just isn’t for me. So I’m really sorry to say this, but I am going to do another week or two and if I am still not seeing any results I might switch to a different one. Update time. Started this exercise on January, still doing it, not every second day anymore but I got my results. My pants went from size XL to Medium. If here are people who want better legs for summer, then this video is totally recommended!! day 1: went by way faster then i thought, wasn’t super hard. i did it twice
day 2: i did it twice, wasn’t too bad
day 3: complete. not sore at all, feels easier
day 4: havnt really noticed a difference yet but it gets easier every time !
day 5: complete! i don’t notice a big difference yet but my measurements have gone down 1 cm
day 6: complete. my legs were a little sore today
day 7: skipped bc i was at a wedding all day
day 8: did it twice to make up for yesterday. i see no difference in my legs yet but i’m gonna keep going

Been doing this for about a month, and YESSS it works!! My legs are a lot slimmer and I’m gonna continue doing this workout for sure. Also, I never had a thigh gap before but now I kind of do depending on like how I stand but I’m still really happy with the results. My mom has been telling me my legs are “too skinny” and I’m like, well that’s the point of exercising duh! But they are much slimmer and imma continue this so I can get a better thigh gap :)

Sit on your bed ,keep a pillow under your knee and press it with your underknee then lift and do it 10 -15 times. Also keep a chk on vit D 💕

Day 6: heyooo I’m currently about to start but when I was away for that day I was going out for lunch having dinner and stuff and I lost my sense of will power and made some silly decisions by eating very unhealthy food which I regret:( I feel like I’ve fallen all they way back to day 1 but that’s just how I feel mentally but when I look into the mirror I do see some good results, I’ve also set a goal for two months! Excited to share my journey and hopefully really good results- oh and I’ve got the last one correct because it’s BURNED LIKE HELL but all good!
Day 7: it’s become 1 week and I do see results but just not to my potential so I will continue I will be using her videos and do full body workouts through the 2 months and I’ll need to get a scale and some measuring tape for some accurate results I do believe it’s working but I also need to change my diet unless I want to see crazy results so I’ll see y’all tomorrow!
Day 8: Had a salad today with some rice for dinner! (Cucumber, tomato’s, carrots, red onion and celery) celery is a good fat burning especially in smoothies with cucumbers and green apples:D hydrating detox but just finished the work out i did it early and feel very refreshed with what I ate:)
Day 9: my legs are starting to look a lot slimmer
Day 10: my legs are so much more toned but still not as slim as I’d like them to be
Day 11: lower part of my thighs look slimmer but the top inner thighs are still just about the same so I’m going to add upper thigh workouts to my 2 months:))

Omg i cant believe my eyes. Thank you guys. As update, after 6th day, it stopped slimming but you can see the change with your eyes. Also my legs are toned. I gave a rest after day 6 but i starter today again. I will update here.

day 13: noticed how much of a difference my plie was. I remember the first couple of days my body was curved and I was sticking my butt out because it was too much of a burn. Now I've been unconsciously adjusting from the moderated plie exercise to the correct plie!
day 14: This is getting so much easier... like- I don't even think I feel as much burn anymore. I COULD FIT INTO MY OLD TIGHT SWEATPANTS. Now they're even slightly baggy! I didn't even realise it, but then I tried on my old clothes and they fit!

This really works. I tried this and saw differences within a week. It would seem hard at first but stick to it and get a great transformation.

I usually don't take time to do reviews but I was so impressed with my results that I needed to share. I am 5 1" and usually stay around 128-133 my legs and hiney are where my weight goes. My tummy is all bones and ribs. Because of this, I buy pants that are tight on my legs and butt and very loose on my belly. I have been a size 4 womens for as long as I can remember! I did this video everyday for about 4-6 weeks with no dieting ( althought I do not eat crazy carbs, I eat pretty clean for the most part) and one day I went to the store and size 4 was too big. I am now a size 2/26 and they fit just a little lose all around. I was in shock and I just had to come here and rave about the workout! Thanks Holly your the best! Blessing to your future!
