    Due to cancer, I’ve been disabled for the last couple years as it caused me to endure a broken ankle with two surgeries on it and have been in a boot ever since. I’ve been limited due to pain and other medical issues in regards to getting up and being able to be mobile. Needless to say the body is not what it used to be. A few weeks ago I started doing little things that I could in bed. Today I googled best arm workouts for the back of the arm. And I found you. I did your toning one and I swear my arms were burning lol. I definitely can see the difference in my arms prior to it, but with your additional arm exercises, I could really tell the difference in the back part of my arms while doing them. Can you suggest any exercises for the lower mom pouch of those that have had cesareans? I’ve had three of them and have never been able to do much with that area.

    I'm back, trying to get my summer arms ready! Day 1- it burns, noticed some clicking of joints and my upper lips twitches around the bigger circles, im also doing a separate workout with weights Day 2- my deltoids are soreeee and awful, I struggled near the end for the bigger circles... I really couldn't do the full circles and took a few seconds to relax my deltoids. Still hearing some pops in my joints, it burned and my neck is kind of sore cause my posture isn't quite right... Day 3- felt very similar to day 2, extremely sore on my deltoids where it feels like it's cramping, however as you persevere it lessens the discomfort. I was able to do the whole routine with no breaks like in day 1 and I hear less clicking and popping on my joints. Still have the lip spasms but it's a lot less and my posture still needs some work Day 4- today felt a bit better! Still sore! The slapping side to side part of the video I'm finding that my arms aren't completely parallel to the ground causing my posture to suffer as well. Doing a side weights for building muscle session. Overall no joint clicking and less lip spasms! 4 x 10 hammer curls 4 x 10 lateral raises 4 x 10 triceps extensions 4 x 10 bent over row I use 5lbs and will move up to 8lbs Day 5- so much easier today, I feel that my posture and breathing has improved heavily, not to bad with the workout, near the end with the big circles it starts to get challenging around my neck cause my posture isn't quite there. Still doing the 5lbs weights extra after work out Day 6- the endurance is improving in orde to complete this work out. Still doing the 5lbs after work out

    Doing this workout for toned arms😭 Day 1:✅ not much pain, since I’ve done one of these already Day 2:✅same as yesterday, motivated to do more! Day 3:✅it kind of hurt, to be honest😂 Day 4:✅it’s a very refreshing workout! love it🥰 Day 5:✅ fun workout! painful at the big circles😭😭 Day 6:✅ getting used to it! 7 days tomorrow! one week 🥳 Day 7:✅ ahhhh one week! I also use dumbbells too! I see a small difference in my upper arms! Day 8:✅ MUCH easier! good workout! Day 9:❌ i was to tired and busy today, sorry! i will definitely do 2 tomorrow!

    I want to do this workout for 10 days so im gonna upload to keep me motivated Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ was only able to do half the workout Day 4 forgot to do it Day 5 ✅️ did it twice Day 6 ✅️ Day 7 ✅️ Day 8 ✅️ Day 9 ✅️ Day 10 ✅️ Results : I forgot to take measures before the workout but I did notice some difference, my arms are a bit more toned and I feel stronger and this workout BURNS even after 10 days I still couldn't finish the whole workout and took pauses (for anybody reading my comment u may see results quicker or slower than me but don't give up u got this and i hope this comment motivates u a bit 🙏)
