Er. When I record my vids and audio it’s completely unscripted barring maybe a single line of text or a mental pep talk beforehand. Some 30 seconds to 5 minute segments may take up a whack ton of takes to “get it right”. Takes usually run in the 1-3 range, 5-8 range, 18-21 or 35-40 range. 4th take or 9th to 17th take or 22nd to 34th take are exceedingly rare and I wonder if there is some subconscious learning (proteins being written) taking place to “write” all the changes to nail it in a single go. (When I’m at take 22, I know I’m F’ed as it usually takes another 15 or so takes to mail it). 3 mins of audio usually takes me 1h most days in the studio, but the passion (for my aims) I feel is worth it.

I wish I had the time for so many takes. It depends on the video for me. If I'm riffing off my life events I can do it all without script or notes. If it's a topic that I'm covering and wouldn't remember everything I'll have notes or a script that I talk around without trying to get it word for word. It comes out more naturally that way.

To be one's self is a scarce virtue to say the least. It is a trait that I have been trying to achieve with full understanding and consciousness.
It is a life long journey. But in that search, I am aware the goal is to become closer to that which matters most. Truth and honesty for myself.
No one will be able to achieve this for me except myself.

Yes. I agree. This app raised questions for people to ask themselves but it's not enough. Hence the conclusion I gave in the video.
