A lot of people say that stretching doesn't make you taller, but from a models standpoint it does! It meant a lot to me to go from 5'8 to 5'10. Yes my spine was a bit curved before the growth, yes my muscles were short due to not stretching and the lack of a healthy diet but after 6 months of changing my ways, I saw results! The awesome thing is I wasn't even trying to grow taller at the time, I just wanted better health for myself and I also wanted to cure my acne. That's SUPER important as a model.     After doing your stretches, I feel better. I suffer from anxiety but your videos make me feel like i'm the best version of myself. I also see a difference in my height! 1.5 inches taller! I'm going to add this video to my daily workouts.

    I used to get store legs from playing soccer , especially when i started lifting weights but yesterday i tried lifting right after soccer, and it helped lessen the soreness, i ll keep doing this! Thanks for the trip

    Hey girl!! Your stretches definitely work!! I grew 2 cm in two months, even after 26 (turning 27 in two weeks). So never lose hope! It takes patience and consistency. I wish I was 15 years younger and got quicker and visible results. Thank you!!!

    I have been trying alot of exercise from last 3 - 4 but didn't see any differences but I hope this works for me 🤞
    And yeah can you please tell me that these stretches are enough or I have to do other exercises too and please tell me which time is more effective to do stretches .??

      time isn't really a big deal. Just sometime after you wake up and sometime after you go to bed. I would stick with at least two of my stretching videos for 6 months plus make sure you're holding the stretches for 20-30 seconds. Diet plays a HUGE role too! make sure you're staying hydrated. Some things that we view as super healthy can dehydrate us more than others ( dry fruit and nuts are a big one, they're not bad but they require a lot of water and hydration). focus on eating a lot of hydrating foods too like fruits and vegetables. I'll do stretches in two sets ( in morning and evening) , will give my best. As I've done exercises in past months I see alot of stretch marks have appeared on different areas of my legs ( like thighs , knees and calves) does this signify that I might grow taller ?.......lots of love from India 🇮🇳♥️ you and your videos are such a big help .       why is that measuring in morning and evening makes different.
      And, is it true that our full stretched arms (horizontal) is our actual height. So, when i measured my full arm length, it shows 168.75.

      Yes!! you still have time . and you can even hit 5'6 with exercises. make sure to have a good diet and eat healthy foods&be hydrated.

      yes! realistically you'll see results within in 6 months of the most 2 inches. Grow spurts play a huge role too!

      oh no way! you can start this at any age, the sooner the better! Have you started adding stretching to your daily routine? if so, how has it been going for you? if not, make sure to measure your height before you start and do a monthly progress report with yourself!

    Hello Fantastic video! Great stretches!!! Stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me.       I maintain my height by stretching. This assures I have no s curved spine or tight muscles and such. but from stretching I lengthened my height by 2 inches
