@El Filipino de Cebu Do all the strength training for your legs in the off season and not race season. I'm still progressing with the planche and front lever while gravel, and crit racing because I don't train legs this time of year. However, you want to do around 4 sets of 4-6 heavy reps on squats to build explosive power for sprinting during the winter. Check out Dylan Johnson on CZcams and Training peaks. How ever I am only at the start of my fitness journey and I am (depressingly) 167kg or 368lbs (I was 398lbs when I started weightloss) and so I am scared the resistance band would snap and hurt me if I tried using one. All you need is very simple variations of pushups, situps, pistols, etc. To workout your whole body. Also dont forget to do scapula workouts (pushups just moving your shoulders and not your arms), as this will be very important for other things later. All you need is to be able to find a workout for each individual group of muscles in your body, leave no muscle out of your workouts including back, scapula, thighs, etc.
