  • Evening workouts that are quick but effective are so clutch. Especially when you really wanted to get that workout in during the day, but didn't find the time.
    This workout is your chance to smile, vibe, let your dinner digest (try to do it about 1hr after dinner), and get ready for an amazing sleep!
    I find that if I workout about an hour after my dinner and an hour (or two) before bed time, I feel the best and I sleep the best.
    This quick HIIT will get your heart rate up, and will help you get into the fat burning zone before your day ends.
    Make sure to keep breathing throughout and take your time with it!

    I don't care who you are...BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Even this 10 minute workout spoke volumes for me, teaching my subliminal mind to be kinder to itself. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE YOURSELF. You are worth every step, every mile and every moment. Time to treat ourselves with more respect. It takes guts to be kind to ourselves. START TODAY.     Your 10 min workouts are EVERYTHING!! My schedule is nuts, but I’m able to do 10 minutes of the mornings. Sometimes 10 minutes at lunch. And always 10 minutes of the evenings. Lifesavers!! You are such a radiant light, and your baby is the cutest ever!!! 😻

      @@rebeccapettiford5389 I’m certainly no fitness expert, but it helps my energy of the mornings, and since I’ve already done 10 or 15 minutes I’ll think quietly to myself when I get home what’s 10 or 15 more! And it’s helped me maintain my weight loss which I was struggling to do previously. Plus it’s much more manageable to fit into my schedule ☺️

    This is the first time I’ve ever done a workout and didn’t have to stop😭. I’m 27 YO and currently on a weight loss journey . I’m starting to get back pain so it time I start putting off what needs to be done. Here’s to completing a full workout with no breaks 🥂

    Love all the HIIT workouts and Tabata there my favorite lately I've been doing the hour workouts and the results for the past 2 weeks is absolutely amazing I was working out the other day and my 10 year old son says wow mommy your back and arms are so cut up now! I was smiling from ear to ear I've worked hard since last July going from 208 to 165 from a size 2x to an 8/10 everyone ask me what's my secrets in losing so much weight in 7 months! My answer is Keto diet and my Virtual personal trainer Jo! I can't thank you enough for making me feel whole again I love what I see when I look in the mirror now!     Update: 16.2 lbs lost. I hit a plateau in my weight loss at 152 - 154 for a week and a half. SLOWLY introduced more calories to my diet (im still in deficit, it's called reverse dieting) and less workouts per week. Broke my plateau yesterday. 148.8 lbs this morning. (Results vary, And of course I am not a nutrition or fitness expert just seeing what works for me.)

      @@joanna70 Hi! I love her Tabata and HIIT videos. My daughter and I LOVED the Encanto dance party and I enjoy her more "PG 13" dance parties, if you will lol Im also in a calorie deficit, getting lots of protein, drinking a gallon of water a day and I do my own cardio and strength training on Saturdays. It took me about 2.5 months to lose 15 lbs, having a cheat meal or a Michelob Ultra seltzer once a month 🙃 I don't recommend alcohol but hey, in extreme moderation won't hurt lol

    All of your workouts give me life! I'm 68, and I've been working out with Jo for a little over a month. I have lost 30 lbs so far, so I'm beyond ecstatic about these workouts and the results I'm achieving. I work out most every day, 30 to 60 minutes per day (some exercises I do x2 back to back). Along with the workouts, I've cut way down on the sugar and focus on eating more vegetables and fruits and lots of water. I'm gonna go all the way with Jo. Her enthusiasm keeps me going!     I have been doing your workout for 4 days now . I am a Mama of 8 and been trying to lose weight. Been really consistent exercising for 2 yrs now 5 times a week but struggling to lose lower belly fat . But…….     I love your 10-min workouts. I did this one right before bed and body was relaxed, and not sore when I woke up. Sometimes I do 3 or 4 of your workouts a day and I lost 6 lbs in a week, my stamina and endurance has increased, and my stomach has lost a 2 inches.     I did this in the morning as a warmup, just took it easy the first few minutes and kept moving during the cool down to keep my blood pumping and my HR up. What a treat to see your little boy! Enjoy every moment, it goes sooo fast. I know everyone says it, but it's!

    Hi Jo. I have not worked out since the beginning of the year. I got a new job and you know how that goes but I made up my mind to balance my time properly. I just did this amazing workout.     I did this workout twice in a row since I didn’t do my workout today because I am so sore from my leg and booty workout yesterday, but no excuses I kept telling myself. I got this workout done even though my muscles were burning like fire 🔥 but no pain no gains right 🙌🏼🙏💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️👊🏼😣🔥

    I stumbled upon your channel through my work's weekly newsletter. In the newsletter is a weekly recipe and workout. Out of the few I have viewed, yours is by far my favorite. Prior to the pandemic I trained in MMA then I had a baby 20 months ago today. I absolutely LOVE your workouts. I have so much admiration and respect. Seeing you with your baby melted my heart. As a mom working from home and trying to care for myself is hard my little one keeps me so busy that I remind myself that he is only little for awhile. No matter how busy we are or what we're doing we have to stop our world for the moment that they want us. Family 1st!!! Can't wait to do more of your vids thank you

      I 💯. Splitting up workouts throughout the day work's for me. It keeps me wanting to do more and I'm able to do at least 1 hr or more throughout the day. Stay blessed

    A perfect mini-workout! Just enough to get my heartrate up and a little bit of sweat. I don't get off work till 8pm so this little workout is just right for my crunched evenings. Also - SURPRISE BABY!

    Omgoodness!! I loved this!! I was soaking in sweat and followed this with some weights n ab work. I've lost 10lbs in 20days. I don't eat any fried anymore or sweets or bad snacks. I did cut dairy to only on my cheat day bread too. My mommy belly is showing the work I'm putting in. Love this!!! I haven't found a good workout that makes me not wanna quit. I'm so into it and the vibe and energy is awesome. I'm so energized when I do these workouts in morning lol I avoid night ones cuz I'm awake cleaning or wanting to workout more if I do this at night lol. Thank you!!!!!!😁

    Decided to do this today even though its morning. Been lazy and have been following you for a long time, but only did maybe one workout. Gotta do something different to see something different. I'm around 300lbs, so this was great for me and I didn't even have to stop. Going to try and make this a habit. Might even do it tonight too. 10 minutes = No excuses. Thank you for making videos for EVERY BODY and for being so upbeat and joyful. Your attitude makes it a lot of fun.

    I started eating healthier and doing multiple of your abs workouts daily for the past two weeks and so far the rolls of my back are almost gone and I have lost 6 pounds 😁 all of this in less than two weeks!!

    Seriously my fav CZcamsr for work outs. You’re so fun and positive and uplifting and it really makes a difference! I have endometriosis and struggling with a chronic illness means I have to deal with a lot of sudden and prolonged pain. Outside of that, I have POTS and have to be on a beta blocker because of my heart- I’ve tried so many workouts from different CZcamsrs, but a lot of them don’t have videos for different kinds of people. A lot of them are high intensity and too hard on my heart/pelvic pain. I absolutely love your videos! They’re made for everyone, and you’re the first CZcamsr who’s videos I’ve actually been able to stick to. Thank you so much, you make a difference! ❤️

    It was very cute how your little son walked in, and you didn't get distracted, you paid attention to him and still continued the workout with us. :) The funniest part is that at the end of the workout, my cat also came over, and in the last minute, I finished the exercises holding him in my arms. :)

    I LOVED this workout. SO EASY. I also love the fact that the mirror is in evert video. Sometimes I dont understand the exercise and the mirror makes it easier by looking at the exercise at a different angle.🪞
