I started working out with you back in June this year after my injury. Needed something low impact yet fulfilling. I'm from India but I live in Korea.

Whoever sees this, can you please pray for me. I'm 24 years old and back in May I found a lump in my right breast. My Dr is concerned about it so I'm going to have an ultrasound done in 2 weeks. I am so scared and confused.... I try not to think about it but it all come crashing down at once and I break down. I'm so scared of what's going to happen. My doctor told me that a young woman having breast cancer is rare but not impossible. She said she had a girl that found a lump when she was 21 and it was cancer. Please pray for me that God would calm my heart during this time.

@@sandeep9769 I just mixed them up. I started with the beginner 20-minute walk the weight off because I was out of shape and had sciatica. I then moved to the 45 minute walk. Now I just pick whatever I’m in the mood for.

I've been on this journey since spring/summer of 2023. These workouts really help me tons!! Thank you Jo so much, I am grateful to God that I found your channel. You are truly an inspiration to me. I tried this workout in the morning. I usually do 20 minutes morning boost, but I am switching it tomorrow. By the way, I lost now 30 lbs!🙌 I didn't believe that I could do it at my age of 54. I met my goal this month, but I will continue these workouts.🙌

Having ADHD can make it super difficult to do workouts bc I hate even 30 second intervals and repeating moves. It’s always too much time allowed for my mind to think wonder and convince myself I can’t do the workout. I successfully completed this workout without feeling so dreadful. So thank you so much :)
My boyfriend took longer than expected to get ready so I did this work out instead of waiting, bored. I'm so glad I did and I still have time lol I feel amazing and energized.
I started my journey with you in July 2021, I stared at a weight of 250. Since then I’ve gotten down to 238 with consistent working out and watching what I’m eating and when I’m eating. No late eating for me anymore! My moods have shifted and if I can’t do my workout during the day i must get it in before i go to bed each night.

19th July 2023: Did this today, early morning,on a bare stomach. Can't believe i did it. When i came to this video last time, i could not finish it. I've been on a rollercoaster with my weight! Mid year now and i am getting back at it. Thanks Jo for the amazing workout. Hope to reach my goal by year end.

I did this toward the end of my lunch break! It was perfect and looking forward to adding an evening workout when I get home as well. I haven’t worked out like that since my third baby who’s almost 3. Felt so good I had to hold back my tears half way through the workout. It felt good to feel that pump again. I love your workouts jo! They’re simple yet very effective. I’ve been doing at least one of your workouts every night for the past 1-2 months alongside roughly 10-15k steps everyday (for a little over 2 years) and I’ve been having great results! After a year or so of walking at least 10k steps every day, I plateaued in my weight loss journey, but incorporating your workouts on a daily basis finally gave me the boost I needed! This looks like a simple workout, BUT i got SO sweaty! I’m definitely more energized!!!
I get burnt out so easily with different workouts, I've been between jogging and walking for the past 4-5 months. I got burnt out with walking so I tried jogging when it got cold. I've now gotten burnt out running and daylight savings is making it impossible to get outside before dark so I tried an indoor jogging workout for about a week and got insanely bored. Tonight I decided to do some cardio to burn some calories and found some of growwithjo's videos and I'm obsessed! These are so fun to do and doesn't make working out seem like a routine. These make me sweat so good and with 25 minutes of medium intensity have burned over 300 calories. I've lost 30-40lbs since August and I'm hoping these videos will help me continue my progress ❤

Hi! You’ve been a real inspiration for me. I had my first baby in August. Before I became a mother, I was so used to coming and going as I pleased… hitting the gym whenever I wanted and sometimes twice a day… and always lifting pretty heavy. My baby is a real gem… happy, peaceful, etc. but I still wasn’t prepared for working out to become more of an “event”. A lot of things change when you become a parent. You gave me faith in low impact or no equipment workouts and now I know they are so, so effective. Things can be done at home in the living room and that saves time and energy! Well well that got my heart rate right up! My warm up was walking my dog for 20 minutes so this little shorty HIIT workout was perfect. I started working out with you about three weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees so I am able to modify your workouts easier. I also love that you have lots of short workouts so I don’t feel overwhelmed. I bought the WOW in Black Friday. I will start following that program when we get out of school for winter break. I got SO happy while doing this workout again (and working out in general) after my vacation in Paris and a spring break from school in which I didn't workout out much (some occasional 1 hr workouts but nothing habitual). Started in February and I’ve lost 8 pounds in 8 weeks. My doctor asked me what I was doing and I told her about your channel. I pull the workouts up on YT and I do them in my bathroom as soon as I wake up (before the day gets in the way). I love how you motivate with just a smile. So many others think they have to shout at you the whole time and that just puts me off. (Flashbacks to gym class!)

I hate in the comments on EVERY workout video is people in the comments discouraging people who are just working out and haven’t switched their eating habits yet. First of all, if you still eat crappy but workout everyday, you will STILL see results. Because it’s better then eating crappy and doing nothing. Everyone knows you’ll see results FASTER if you eat right too but everyone has to start somewhere! Geez!

Just paired this workout with your Do This Workout Every Night To Burn Fat in Your Sleep but I took it down a notch because I am 66. I jogged, but I had to take the squats not as low because of my knees and a little slower with some of the other moves, but I kept up. I am from Canada and just started 2 days ago!
