  • This workout targets one of the most requested body areas you guys are looking to tone - the lower abs and belly region. This part of the abs can be vary hard to target and so many ab workouts only focus on the upper abs or "six pack" area, and totally ignore the lower abs/belly. To properly target this area, imagine you are pulling your belly button toward your spine while doing these exercises. We also engage the waistline muscles (obliques) through twisting ab crunches to help sinch and tighten the waistline.
