Always love your videos, used to watch them all,but had a break off social media after I lost my husband we has been married almost 40 years and sadly 10 days before Christmas 2021, he passed away with Covid, I am now slowly beginning to find myself again, I live in Suffolk and love the Greyson Perry house, it's amazing, love that Jack is doing so well, it's my furkids that have helped me through the past months , glad to be back watching your fabulous videos ❤

Understand your break from social media as I lost my husband a few months back after being together for 50 years, it takes awhile to find yourself and for me all so very new. Lots of lovely holidays in Suffolk and walks on beaches, very fond memories and laughter. So glad you are gradually finding yourself. ❤

I lost my husband of 41 years 14 months ago very suddenly, & I STILL can’t believe that he’s gone. We used to do everything together, although we also had our own interests, & I miss him terribly. If it wasn’t for my beautiful fur-baby I don’t know how I could have survived the shock. It’s absolutely impossible to describe to anyone who hasn’t lost a partner, just how hard it is to come to terms with the loss. It’s unimaginable isn’t it.?

Thank you. Its the small things that catch you - the coming in from shopping and sharing who you bumped into, the do you want a cuppa, what to you think conversations? Shall we watch xxxx tonight? Creeping about the house as you don't want to appear on the Team Meeting and get glared at 🤣. I make him sound a bit over the top but you know when you've been in a long relationship you know exactly what the response is, and always laughed about after the fact. Obviously early in my grief and sensible enough to know it's a roller coaster of emotions and you take the good days with the not so good. Taking time to just sit in the present with the many firsts being experienced helps, rather than running away. Just had my first experience of being with people, when I spoke about my husband the conversation - to me - was moved on very quickly. Sorry, gone but not forgotten, life shared and many stories about our time together to share and engage with - hmmm must be a bit of the angry grief coming out😊. Thinking about getting either a dog or another cat but to be honest don't know if I want the responsibility as this is the first time in my life I can do what I want, when I want and if I want, if you get what I mean, although I would much rather be sharing with my husband. Perhaps later down the road, as I can alway borrow my friends pets when I visit them, lots of cuddles without the responsibility. 🐈🐕 @@colleenrichards5662

We moved back up to Scotland, so haven't been back down for years but still love to see all the places you visit there. My husband's Aunt had a Nursing home then in Rottingdean too. So glad you had a vitamin B12 injection. I think that vitamin B12 deficiency is way more prevalent than most people know and the, so called, normal limits, are too low.

Reminded me of my teenage friend and myself piercing our own ears many moons ago. Used ice cubes to numb and heated a needle in a flame 🔥…not recommended but did the trick 😂I have 3 in one ear and 2 in the other. Also love tattoos. Great vlog always enjoy catching up on Sunday 🤗

Your hair looks fab. Did you dye it yourself? If so, which product did you use? I used a pink "wash in - wash out" one a couple of years ago that was supposed to last for 3 or 4 washes. It lasted 6 months, and I was horrified!

I did indeed! I used Directions, which really is wash out. It goes in a couple washes. I left it on for 45 minutes so it would take! Glad you like, and thank you and good luck. And you’re on the competition list for the free bundle! x

You're brave getting a 3rd piercing. I only have 1 and since have reactions to different metals don't think I'd personally get another. We used to pierce each other's ears as teenagers with a needle & ice cubes, crazy kids!
Love the clothies as always. Oh and sending greetings to Dr Ahmed when you see him. We miss out on things being here in the states 😅.
Though can't sign up for the contest I do think subscribed to yoir newsletter last year maybe yr b4...well we support you & yoir wonderful vlog. TOLD you that ruddy pouffe would trip you up - I call it 'The Pouffe of Death' !!! Sorry, but to me those wide-leg jeans just make you look two sizes bigger (and you're so tiny). Must quickly thank you for getting me out of jeans and trainers because since I retired I've got into the habit of that combo as my 'go-to' but I'm making an effort to wear trousers/shoes so many thanks for the proverbial kick up the backside. On the retinol thing, I don't see you using sunblock much, other than in extreme cases. Maybe I have missed that detail but you certainly seem to get a lot of sun on your face. If you are not using sunblock every day, could that explain the retinol reaction?
Hi Eileen, thanks so much so glad you like the outfits. And go for the piercing, I love having 3 earrings in each ear! As for my skin, I think it would look very different if I didn’t look after it as I do. I hate sunbathing, I just love being in the sun, walking about or on boats etc. Haven’t sunbathed since my twenties, apart from 15 minutes for Vitamin D in my own garden. I wear Factor 50 every single day, including winter! The retinol reaction was because I stupidly used it the night before my facial completely forgetting. But I was using it too much, apparently. Will check this all out with Dr. Ahmed on Friday and report back but many are saying that over use can thin your skin and I was using a strong one every single night! x

Hi from Annie you look great in all those clothes very suited to your figure too , lovely figure too I would like to have a better figure myself at tis age I am 65, I try so many different potions on my skin even make my own sometimes with added vitamins. I take Vit B12 tablets that is very helpful our bodies have a harder time keeping in that vitamin B so it needs all the help it can get with extra nutrients and vitamin supplements.Your shorter hair looks nicer and neater, I had my pixie style haircut today had it trimmed shorter as the warm weather makes you feel bit off if you have longer hair I like all that lymphatic massage I try to do it for myself best I can thou it is nicer if some one can do it for you. Cheers.
